I'd definitely recommend this resort if you're looking for a place to stay in Phu Quoc. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, restauarant is good and you're short cabdrive away from the night market. The resort has a nice pool but the way to the beach is a delight. Very clean and comfortable.

Amazing pool view bungalow, Great staff,great price. Definitely get a massage on the beach one of the best we have had. The restaurants up the street were all friendly and good food. We also rented a scooter less than 75 feet up the street.

Cant fault this place, stayed 3 nights ,i booked bungalow 10 seconds from the beach , beach nice but sao beach much better, from tropicana to sao beach 40 mins on motorbike, very nice breakfast, fast wifi, great pool, i would not hesitate to stay here againp

Very good resort. We stayed with a baby and the staff did everything to help our stay feels as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Rooms and bungalows are very clean and breakfast is on a high average scale with a nice variety of choices. The resort has its own entrance to the beach and there is also a very nice swimming pool too. Our 2 families stayed for 12 days and we would highly recommend Tropicana resort especially for families with kids.

I have stayed in this resort for two days for family vacation. This resort is located in the area where lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach in the resort is nice and water very clean. Swimming pool is good and clean water. Overall I am very happy with the money I paid.

Great Tropical Getaway”
Our bungalow overlooked the beach and ocean, who could complain about that! Only two items marred out stay. Firstly the Wifi coverage into our room was woeful, so if your in the beachfront bungalows, byo internet. Secondly, the soundproofing between the bungalow rooms and on the balconies is poor. Our neighbors for a few nights did not know how to close a door quietly, and the noise reverberated through our room, all hours of the night. Also when they were out on their balcony, at 2am, their voices too found their way into our room. Other than these two issues, it is a very nice resort, and if we were to return, would request a ground floor beachfront bungalow.

The hotel rooms were fabulous - we had pool view, with one of our party receiving an upgrade to a beachfront bungalow. The staff were amazing. Lovely location, with a few convenience shops and restaurants on the lane leading in, and a 50p taxi ride to the night market (10 mins walk). Highly recommended!!

Lovely resort, was upgraded to a bungalow as the initial room I booked was overbooked. Was right on the beach. There was a little issue at the hotel but they fixed the mishap. Room was large and clean, liked the area location. Was a lovely resort. Staff on the beach need a little more training ok basic things in English like when I asked for salt and pepper or chilli sauce they didn’t understand and it was frustrating being a 4 star resort. Also they brought food but then forgot cutlery. So I had to chase these things.

totally worth the money. the hotel is not locaced just on the street, not too easy to find if it is your first time to phu quoc. but very ideal location for a stay. the sea and the beach is the backyard of the hotel, just right for you to relax in the hotel room. it is not a luxury hotel, but basically you get everything you want, the pool, gym, restaurant... well if you want a good stay with limited budget, just come here!
