This property looks very old. Looks like in the start it would have been outstanding one since it has all the facilities which comes in 2-3 star hotel but all of them needs upgrade or maintenance. For us flush water was blocked which was then cleaned by staff but we were there for only night after ferry it was bit of annoying. We also found child labourers, he was very tired.

We could not take any food because of spices. All food items were very spicy. In breakfast, fruits were not adequate.
Completely messed up booking”
TSG group has completely messed up the booking. There were many couples and families who were accommodated into various hotels, due to their goof ups in booking. We stayed at TSG Emerald , but still such behaviour is not acceptable, especially when entire money taken in advance.

Water Heater Geysers Provided in the Room are of Small Capacity & not sufficient even for One Person.

Accommodation was not provided in this Hotel, despite making full advance payment and getting confirmation for the booking. On reaching the Hotel I was asked to proceed to a different Hotel, i.e. TSG- Emerald situated in the middle of a road in the city. Had no option but to comply. Overall pretty bad experience.

When i arrived in my room, tap was not working and the connection of many channels was not proper. Even after informing the manager, it was not fixed.
Billing incorrectly done”
1. I have billed & charged Rs 283/- for items that I haven't consumed. It is somebody else's bill charged to me. 2. GST has been charged at 18% whereas it is 12% as per latest orders of Government of India. This is an offence under Indian laws, the amount has to be refunded to me.

Location is good from Airport accessibility. But room view is not great for Delux room. Room size is enough for 2 people. 3 might be bit crunch. Breakfast was not bad, but mostly only South Indian option.

One night at TSG Grand”
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for international travelers. Whilst the bedroom was ok the bathroom was really grim. Limited amenities, very poor wifi and no maps or printed information offered at reception to help navigate the old fashioned way without google maps. Breakfast was quite an experience, perhaps fine if you’re Indian but not one I’d wish to repeat in a hurry.
Poor Service Standards and Ambience”
At the Reception we were greeted " There is no booking in your name" without even checking the records even though we did pay the full rental in advance. The ambience at the restaurant was pathetic to say the least. The manager of the Hotel was carrying on a round table conference in full volume with a group of customers from Gujrat without even thinking about the discomfort of the other guest at the Restaurant. Not to miss the food was actually good. Then the managing staff straight away denied of providing the services that was promised online saying that its provided by Agoda by mistake and that hotel is not responsible for the same. The check out time mentioned online was 12 noon, but the hotel staff were admant saying that the check out time is 7 A.m. and that they are not responsible for what ever is mentioned online or even on the hotel voucher provided via mail. Airport transfers were not provided even though the same was mentioned. Not a hotel which I would like to visit again or recommend any one else to visit.
