Good hotel”

We spent 1 night here. The facility is good, the room is so big and clean. My children were enjoy the room and the pool. The staff are friendly and supportive. Will come back next time.

Nice Hotel”

Nice hotel on a hill facing the sea and the rooms are large and airy with a balcony. The pool and restaurant are across the street facing the sea but the hotel's location is a bit far to walk to the public beach..

Friendly staff, but disorganized and challenged English speaking wise”

Had arranged pick up at airport. Plane arrived on time, but had a small 15 min "rest-room-emergency", thus when out of the airport no driver were to be found. Waiting for 5 min I called hotel, and they couldn't locate him, but told me he should be on the way (in fact he already left). After 10 more minutes (then whole Taxi ride is 30 min) still nothing and no information from the Hotel. I called again, and she now said that he had waited and left, and that they couldn't reach me because I didn't have a VN phone number (The lobby staff claimed the could not call international - I proved them wrong on arrival, making a call to my phone from the front desk - no one had told them how to dail 00 + country code 📞). Room was nice. Bathroom had nice bathtub, but the hose for the shower head was "stuck" (broken) at a length of 60 cm. So got new room. No bathtub and no hot water. So all in all not satisfying, but friendly staff and they did their best, despite language problems.

I thought the management was very nice, the room was clean and the location -ok.It is a bit inconvenient to have to walk across the busy street to breakfast and pool, however the facilities are top notch once you get there. It is a fair value for the price.

Not what it looks like in the pics... TV was old and didnt work. Had power trouble... Shower was very average but the hot water was good. It is a 50k taxi to the nearest facilities. Pool and reception, including breakfast, are on the other side of the road about 200m from hotel.... If it was cheaper and in line with the others in the area I wouldn't complain., It wasnt terrible rather there are much better under 500k.

The location is good if you want to stay away from the crowded beach. Its near many restaurants. The hotel doesnt have elevator and dont have staff helping you with the luggage, but it just has 2 floors, so it’s okay to bring the luggage up. The price is sometimes increasing too much, not worth the price.

Customer Service over and above”

I visited Valley Mountain Hotel for a few days to relax at the end of my trip. I stayed in the VIP room which were pristinely kept, very clean and comfortable. While I was in Vung Tau my camera when missing, the staff at the hotel were very helpful with calling up the restaurant and taxi company where I last recall having it to help me try and get it back. Unfortunately, the camera was never found but the staff did everything they could to help me. During my staff I was made to feel very welcome. I spent a lot of time but the pool and had the opportunity to observe how much the staff do to keep the hotel running smoothly and looking great. The chef accommodated my request for vegan breakfast and the food was good. The only minor shortfall is that the hotel is a way out of Vung Tau but it is worth it for the peace and quiet and it is easy enough to get a cab into town.

Nice little hotel at really inconvenient location”

First are the pros, it's clean, it's quiet and that's about it. Cons are numerous: For the price, included breakfast was awful, staying near the Vung Tau downtown and you can have much better meals after walking several steps. It's 2018 and there's no phone in the room, the deposit safe didnot work, the drink charge is more expensive than in a upscale restaurant nearby. It's literally in the middle of nowhere, the nearest accessible beach is a taxi ride away (and local fare is quite EXPENSIVE). The pavement is to narrow to walk on. No convenient store nearby.

Valley Mountain cung cấp các dịch vụ nghỉ ngơi với không gian sạch sẽ, buffet sáng vừa phải đáng lý ra đã làm mọi thứ trên cả tuyệt vời cho đến khi check out. Khi check in, với phòng 3 người lớn và 1 em bé, KS set up 2 đôi dép, do gia đình mình cũng đã tự cb dép của riêng nhà nên không để ý đến số lượng dép KS đã để là bị thiếu 1 đôi và không báo. khi check out thì tiếp tân xét phòng lại báo thiếu mất 1 đôi. Bên mình cũng nhận là do không để ý và k báo, Tiếp tân cũng gọi điện thoại tứ phía và gọi người dọn phòng hỏi đi hỏi lại "chị set up phòng này bao nhiu đôi" và phía đầu dây kia luôn khẳng định là "3 đôi". Mình cũng vui vẻ chịu charge 70k cho một đôi dép lào cho xong chuyện Đi chơi đêm về (11 giờ đã là đêm chưa ạ?), cửa kéo KS thì đóng gần hết, chừa lại 1 khoảng trống ở dưới và gia đình mình kêu réo để có người mở cửa, nhưng thôi "chui lỗ chó" để vào đi ngủ luôn cho rồi. Một chuyến đi chơi không toàn vẹn là đây.

Good quality”

I spent just 1 night with my family here, though, I enjoyed the swimming pool and the buffet. The hotel is calm, nice, cozy and peaceful even for family with kids. The location is quite far away from the crowded - we love this - but it is still close to our favourite restaurant.

Deceiving publicity”

I booked for 3 people and they only provided breakfast for 2. I also was going to stay for 2 more hour after check out while having lunch at their own restaurant and they decided to charge me extra. The front desk staff was very collaborative though.

Hotel’s equipments are old, bad quality. Everything new, in a start up step, not so organized. They dont have buffet breakfast

A great hotel with friendly staff located a bit far away from central, but good for relaxing
