Best customer services and truly helpful staff”
We have stayed several times at Vinpearl whenever we come back Hue. But this time is really different. The last day after we checked out, once i already landed in Ho chi minh city, i found out that my fragance ( which was really important to me + pretty expensive) was not in my suitcase. I gave a call and got the answer that the housekeeping did clean the room but cant find anything. After explaining its important, the lady over the phone also explained that the room had been checked in by another guests. I was so sad. But after 30 mins, they called me again and informed that my perfume has been found. And it was underneath the bed…. I was in tears. THANK YOU A WHOLE TEAM, especially the housekeeping team and also the staff who tried to help me. I didnt get the chance to get her name.. Amazing Hotel at an Affordable Price”
The room, appliances, and furniture looked practically new and the view of Hue from the 29th floor looked absolutely amazing; especially at night. We were extremely surprised with the "complimentary breakfast buffet"! They had the normal American breakfast plates like eggs and sausages...but they also had Pho Ga, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Ram, and a few other Vietnamese dishes popular in Hue! The amenities were great as well. Their gym had all new equipment, free weights and their cardio bikes faced out to the beautiful city below. Their pool was decent in size and they have a pool bar where you can order cocktails at quite a reasonable price! (120k dong or about $5 USD for a mojito). The rooftop bar is just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Same prices as the pool bar, but with a spectacular view. Please check it out at night when Hue is lit up. The hotel is also walking distance to some of the main nightlife and street markets in Hue. The staff there is so friendly. They speak well e

This is a 5 star hotel in every way except for the price. The tallest building in the city. A rooms are lovely comfortable with excellent decor and linen. The bar looks down over the city with stunning views and the restaurant is excellent from design to presentation taste and service, We are travelling through but ideal for business meetings or conferences and cannot help but impress.

The room had great views of the mountains and city. Room facilities were 5 star-floorless. Hotel facilities were outstanding particularly the pool on the 8th floor. The staff and service here is outstanding-5 stars all the way! Good management! The location is ideal for exploring the city and attractions We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Plenty of options within a short walk so we felt there was no need for this. Avoid the restaurant on the 33rd floor-disappointing-street food is better and cheaper! I’m a bit confused why they have a dress code for the roof top bar as its treated more like a family cafe than a bar for adults to enjoy a quite evening drink. Highly recommended-would definitely stay here again

Very clean hotel! Has everything you need in a hotel. Bedroom and Bathroom look very elegant. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Service was great. Staffs were attentive. Location is at central of Hue. Everything you need is just a walk away. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best! Visit the Sky Bar when you have a chance. It's all the way up on the 34th floor.

We stayed for two nights whilst visiting Hue. It exceeded our expectations 100%. Having booked on line a few days before it was great value for money. It is central so easy access to the Riverside and markets etc. From checking in to checking out we could not fault anything. The restaurant food was very good and the staff helpful. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, I would say it had the best choices and freshly cooked food that I have seen at any hotel. Our room had a great view over the city and the pillows were fantastic, I really would have liked to take one home with me. I highly recommend Vinpearl and would definitely return when in Hue Thank you

Everything about my stay was perfect! The room and facilities are clean and well maintained, breakfast buffet has a large selection, the staff very hospitable and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel had a lot of vacancies the times of Covid, so the rate per night was an amazing deal. I was even offered a bunch of unexpected bonuses, including early and late check-out in addition to 200,000 VND voucher to use during my stay.

Our stay here felt 5 star. We were upgraded to a corner suite on the 20th floor which had huge windows and an incredible view over Hue. We had dinner in the restaurant on the top floor and got to choose a great table, service was very attentive and quality of food was as you’d expect from this kind of hotel. Breakfast was very unexpected - absolutely huge selection, don’t think I’ve seen a selection like it before. It was in another restaurant on a lower floor but still had great views. I had a swim the next morning and I was the only person in the pool whilst my wife had a treatment in the spa. Overall, loved our stay here and can’t believe the price we paid for what we got.

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

I absolutely 100% would recommend you stay here when you're in Huế. I actually plan to go back within the next few months. The room was great, I loved the huge bathtub, the shower, the view, and all of the free amenities that came with the room. I had everything I needed. As for the hotel itself, it's run really well and has nice views are the end of every hallway and in every restaurant/bar/room. The free breakfast was really delicious and had western and asian options. I wanted to eat breakfast twice 🤣 You can walk to Imperial City in about fifteen minutes and there's big sidewalks available for most of the walk. Can't recommend this place enough :)

So many great things to say about this hotel... We had a deluxe room and we loved it. The view was magnificent, the staff was really friendly, the breakfasts gave us an impressive large choice of western/vietnamese dishes and were the best we ever had. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the spa/swimming pool/sky bar were excellent. Now, the negative points: we heard a bit our neighboors watching TV and taking a phone call one night (but the staff has been really reactive and fixed the issue right away) ; otherwise the room was really quiet ; a safe haven from all the city noise. The spa isn't mixed. The staff has been too much focused on large groups when we wanted to check-in and out, so we felt neglected (no overview of what to do in the neighborhood for example, the check-in also felt precipitate and we had to wait). I suppose we weren't lucky at these times because they were really good otherwise. To conclude: it was a really enjoyable experience. We highly recommend!

I am very happy with my choice to stay at Vinperal Hue Hotel. It is located at the prime location, walking distance to Huong river and Trang Tien bridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new, clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Excellent 5 Star hotel in Hue”
Excellent hotel and great friendly staff. Brand new hotel. Great location and lovely heated indoors pool. Skybar is great but it's a bit small with only one elevator to up to the rooftop which takes a long time. We added breakfast upon check in and was told that our room key/cards will show as having breakfast. When we showed up for breakfast the next day, we had to go back to reception and get a breakfast receipt as proof. But overall, this is the best hotel in town and we highly recommend it.

This city centre hotel was great - staff were friendly, and the rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, although sometimes the restaurant was crowded. The only downside was sometimes there was cigarette smoke in the corridor. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We stayed in lovely, laid back Hue for two nights and had a very enjoyable time. We had rooms with panoramic views on the 31st floor and found the rooms and hotel to be utterly luxurious and gorgeous. Between our grand executive room, the wonderful pool and gym area, gorgeous spa, and sumptuous breakfasts, this was one of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at anywhere in the world. We had a spa package with 90 minute massage which was fabulous. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Stunning views from tallest hotel”
The view from the room was stunning and the room was comfortably furnished. A visit to the sky bar is a must-to take in the breathtaking view at night & in the day. Loved the very well-equipped gym and the indoor pool is just next to it.

The hotel was so nice, that we ended up staying much longer instead of moving to other hotels. The location is great, so much is in walking distance, or you can easily get a taxi. Taxi's are usually waiting right outside the hotel. The pool is inside but they had the windows open to the outside on nice days. The only thing I can say bad about the hotel is the price of breakfast, we didn't pay for it. There is a lot of good food nearby, try the spicy chicken from Jollibee.
