Highly recommend”
Booked twin room and beds are big enough for 4 of us (adults 2 kids below 12). The double beds are bigger than super single but slightly smaller than queen sized bed. Location is great. We travelled by public transport, fabulous to have the tram station right in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Arrive early and greeted by Christopher who helped us with our luggage. When we checked in at night the luggage was already in the room. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices (noddles, rice, porridge, miso soup, omelette station, pastry, hot and cold meat, fruits, salads and more). Just recommended this hotel to my friend who had just booked a trip to gold coast next year. This hotel does not provide free parking so might not be suitable for those who drive unless there is alternative parking nearby. Overall very happy with this hotel.

Good location, very nice staff. Great comfortable beds with total block out blinds in all rooms so you can sleep well here unlike many other near by hotels. 2 pools to choose from and a big spa and gym. Another thing that i like here is that the front deck staff will almost all times give you a 12 midday late check out again unlike other near by places that have a 10 am compulsory check out. Its great to get that extra sleep in if you have an evening flight back home. Also a nice buffet restaurant and a trendy bar with food as well. This is the only hotel that i would pick to return to again when staying on the Gold Coast. Very good and nice views from most rooms.

Big flat screen (LG) tv with local and cable channels. Big bath shower with ample hot water. 2 usb charging ports next to beds. Comfortable beds. Clean and fresh carpet. Welcomming staff. Had a broken foot switch on a light that was fixed promptly, even to the extent of leaving a report card when we returned. The room was cleaned the second day as though the day we arrived. The only negative was the free internet WIFI was not great, no good for streaming. Great aircon, cool. Visitors from Asia and Middle East should be aware that free bottled water is rarely available in Australian hotels, as the local supply is considered safe to drink. This is a hotel that I would have no hesitation recommending, right next to Surfers Paradise G tram station.

Great value for its location ”
We enjoyed our stay with Coco hotel. Location is near all the amenities, shops, restaurants and Beautiful Beach! We were planning to go to Board beach to avoid the crowds, but this time of the year is the best to visit... Their guestrooms are clean and neat, use Aveda products. The bed are a bit squeaky due to use of mattress protector, but nothing bad about that to comfort level. Ask for higher floors, if you have sleeping issues, normally quiet but only a bit of noise when tram goes by. It's an allrounder in overall services and location.

Consistently Above Average”
The room serviced as good the second day as it was the first, this is quite rare in hotels these days. Television has local and some good movie channels to me time with. Two USB charging points in a square box with extra power points between the two comfortable twin beds. Great air-conditioning for hot days. Big long bath for relaxation or hand held shower for a quick hot refresh. Check in staff that are pleasing to deal with. 10/10.

Excellent Quiet Stay”
We had a high floor Twin Deluxe room which must have been recently re-furbished, as everything was immaculate. Very quiet room with minimal outside noise. Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Foxtel channels and free wifi a bonus. Breakfast selection was not huge, but with what was available it was tasty and very adequate. Proper coffee machines also. Staff friendly and all in all a very enjoyable stay. $20 night parking, but very secure.

We loved our stay at voco, we upgraded to a deluxe room, the king size bed was amazing! The shower was amazing with a massive shower head, the room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and approachable. Had to pay for parking which I wasn’t expecting, the only parking option was valet parking which was okay for the price. Highly recommend this hotel, will definitely be staying again.

Anniversary Weekend”
Stayed at Voco for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time, on check in got up to our room and found a lovely surprise from the duty manager of a bottle of sparkling wine with glasses all ready to drink in the ice bucket and a card such a lovely gesture, thankyou, the rooms are lovely and clean, we went to Waves Buffet situated in the Voco for an amazing seafood buffet and then for a buffet breakfast the next morning, again beautiful, we also had tapas at the Walrus Social House and a couple of cocktails, again thoroughly enjoyable and if you like to have a flutter they even have the latest gaming machines as well, the position of Voco is spot on, the tram is right at your door and it’s only a short walk to the end of the street to the Esplanade as well as plenty of shopping in close proximity, all the staff at Reception and Restaurants were wonderful and to deal with, we have only recently discovered Voco , this being our 2nd stay there and will be our favourite from now on.

One of the best hotels on the coast and we have reviewed a few on our hotel crawl. This new branded chain is going to make waves in value and service. 10/10. Right next to tram station. Two pools to choose from. Big flat tv with local and movie channels. Good bedding. Loads of hot water for shower or long bath. Charging ports (2) for USB byo cables. Clean very tidy, room remake as first day. I have this place on my saved list as they often have great rates running. Easy checking in/out.

This was a last minute booking, We are happy with the choice, clean facilities and customer friendly staff. Location is perfect easy walking distance to Surfers. The only down side the beds are on the small side. Didn’t matter as we spent all day walking around. Will definitely will return.

I sourced a good price on a room for our stay, that was good value, don’t think I’d think it was a great a value on it’s normal rate, but still ok. Staff were attentive and helpful and it was exactly what we needed for our stay to do the theme parks and see the super hero parade eith our young son. Awesome food from the restaurant below.

Fantastic mini break”
Excellent location and close to everything. Lovely hotel and very clean. Rooms were very spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable and great amenities. Breakfast - amazing you couldn't wish for more. Check in was a bit disappointing- Michelle on reception was not very friendly I felt like she was doing us a favour by letting us stay there!! But all the other staff - First class they were all so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Could certainly recommend this lovely hotel. VOCO well done - also forgot - the price was also unbelievably low. All round excellent.

Voco is close to everything . We had a beautiful view of the ocean where sunrises where amazing . The staff are absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure .rooms were great ! Had room service one night , it was mouth watering and hot! Definitely be back for sure

EXCELLENT ”
Staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we got out of our vehicle. Our Deluxe room was awesome with a stunning view, easy to get around close to main strip of Surfers Paradise and loved how there were restaurants below loved it here.
