The staff showed true hospitality, always being courteous and friendly. We asked for their supplier contact for banh mi - and they offered free banh mi - all 20 pc we asked for! Of course, we managed to pay for it, but they were truly happy to offer them for free. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable - I have zero complaints. The same room type can either have a shower (which gives you two beds pushed into one hugeee bed since there's more room space) or a bathtub (giving you a normal double bed due to having less room space), so request for whichever you prefer. However, don't bother getting the Premier Deluxe over the Deluxe for the window - the view is blocked and you'll probably end up closing the curtains for privacy anyway. It was unfortunate that the rooftop bar and pool are currently closed for renovations. Buffet breakfast was mediocre - but the price was befitting, but perhaps not for Vietnam. But then again, you're paying for convenience and comfort. Location is just around the corner of Benh Thanh Market, so really convenient. Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely return!

We arrived the hotel before noon, and the receptionist let us check-in and arranged us a free upgrade to a bigger room! Room is spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep as the room is very quiet. Breakfast is not bad, offered some Vietnamese dishes. Pool is small, but the rooftop is very quiet. Good place to enjoy the night view and breath some fresh air. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely hotel with a helpful staff. It is a great location as everything is within walking distance. Nice rooftop pool and bar area to sit and enjoy a cocktail with an amazing view of the city.

One of the best hotel in HCM”
I must say this is one of the best hotel in HCM, really enjoyed my stays here with my gf for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the location also very strategic, only 200m to Ben Thanh Market. For sure, I will stay again in the future. Thanks Henry and Winsuites team!

Cons, gym is just 3 devices, swimming pool a bit small. No ramp at the hotel entrance. Pros, tasty breakfast, polite and attentive service. Spacious room and bathroom.

I booked a deluxe room and ticked the option of twin beds. However, I was informed there is only double bed for the room I booked. Customers should have known it before confirming booking.
