Great hotel”
Newly built, very clean. The room is better than the photos. Staffs are exceptional; a little shy but well trained. Right across from AN DONG Plaza. Many local street vendors. Cost 4 USD from the airport using GRAB (same concept as Uber).

Very clean and comfy room with great view from the rooftop and pool. The staffs were very hospitable too. I would stay here again if i ever return to HCM city

the hotel is located at downtown so if you wanna go out or find smth to eat, everywhere is nearby, super convenient. The room is clean and nice. Highly recommended

The hotel is modern and newly renovated. The staffs are the ones that make the differences. They can speak English well and very friendly/helpful. The breakfast is FANTASTIC!!! Location has a convenience shop and opposite a shopping mall. It is easy to get Grab Cars or Taxis. Did I say that the bed is very comfortable??? I am contemplating to change my home bed to this same one now.

I have been to a few hotels of different places but facilities in this hotel are too good like shower, clean toilet, quiet air conditioning, comfortable bed with many pillows, but room space a bit tight but for the sole traveler like me is OK, table is small. In short I'm too happy to stay here and I will come back if I have a chance to go back to Saigon in the future.

Everything is good and very near to the beach and eating places! They have ample parking spaces too.

This place is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center is very basic but has some free weights and a treadmill.

Clean hotel right opposite of Windsor ”
Ask for Deposit, when I pass my cc for verification...they wrote down my cc nos and expiry date behind the receipt and keep which make me feel v uncomfortable. So I requested back and pay them in cash. Also asking for late check out for extra half an hour also got rejected and is a Monday when I check out so I think they not flexible ...other then that the rest is good...bf is good too

Bed sizes not as advertised and cannot accommodate the number of people requested. Upgrade fee applies to get bigger room but not enough beds due to inavailability. Room and rate types confusing and different from what posted on website.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic and special thanks to Katie in reception that went above and beyond to help our family. The rooftop bar is cool and cafe worked well for us. Although we found we were always getting taxis to district one. Thanks again to all the lovely staff!

Staff is not well trained and the the deposit policy is very wired”
We were requested to pay 1 millions dong as deposit during the check in right after we paid the full amount. It was very surprising as we were not informed in the booking process. Very wired. The breakfast serving is very slow. In short, the hotel needs to be better equipped and training their staff better before running the place. Such a disappointing experience!
