Good Apartment”

Apartment was spacious. Has everything you need - fridge, stove, microwave, bathroom, A/C, etc. Only problem was my room was all the way up on the 7th floor with no elevator, so going up and down took a bit of energy out of me. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Near airport value for money”

Value for money. Big space. Near food & coffee. 10mins walk from airport. From international terminal walk to the left area of taxi stand, cross road and walk pass the car park, cross the big road, walk around the taxi car park towards the enterance, walk ahead on the small stretch of road, pass by family mart & ministop convenient stores, apartment will Stone throw away. You will see a cafe and walk into the alley a little you will find the apartment. Stayed a night for domestic transit.

I cannot get to the apartment AT ALL because no one send me the code for the door!”

Really terrible experience bacause I could not get to the door due to a delay on the flight, there is NO SUPPORT during night. I was stuck in front of the door and it was at an Alley. The door said I should have a code in my email but i didnt get the code AT ALL. I could not get in the apartment, so I called the hotline or Facebook provided at the door. I tried both AND they declined my call. There is no service for late check in and no one was there. At the end, I paid for NO SERVICE AND I had to book another hotel to sleep. I REQUEST FOR A REFUND!

Brilliant location for airport, clean and great bath!”

Great location for airport. Easy and cheap to get to the city. Great food around and convenience stores. The bath and shower are fantastic and such an asset with kids. The products provided were so helpful as was Netflix. Helpful staff and highly recommend.

We got more than we deserved!”

The check in was very easy. We met the apartment caretaker and he was very nice. We got a very large room, a big bathtub, the bathroom was very spacious, and the place is very clean. We only stayed for 2 nights. They cleaned our room, changed the sheet (many places don't change the sheet if the customers are the same persons), folded our clothes, and so on. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely stay there again if I have another chance to visit HCMC.

I love the Zeta Apartments. The Zeta Management is VERY HELPFUL & VERY FRIENDLY. Zeta is a newly built small cozy hi-tech quiet clean safe building. It's a short 15 minute walk or about 1,600 steps to/from the airport. You'll love their small, medium, or large sized rooms. It's just like living in an apartment condo. It feels like a home. It's well maintained and is very comfortable. Here are some tips: Buy a $13 sim card at the airport which gives you 30 days of free unlimited 4G data. Zeta Apartments is listed on the GRAB APP so you can access a motorcycle Grab or a car Grab. There is a family mart to the left of Zeta. There is a Parkson mall across from the airport. The buses are superb and their staff is always courteous. I suggest riding the bus to the Intercontinental hotel or Ben Thanh Market and walking in that vicinity. There's a ton of things to see and do in District 1. Ho Chi Minh City is very entertaining and will allow you to enjoy many different venues.

Поселили не в тот номер,который мы забронировали и оплатили. Нам правда вернули 100 донгов. И на сколько это было верно не угадали. Нами был оплачен номер на 2 этаже. Поселили нас на 7 этаж. Лифта там нет. Плохого про уборку и чистоту нельзя написать. Но в туалете нет вентиляции. И все запахи поднимаются вверх. И все ароматы были наши. Можно задохнуться. Пытались хоть чем то перебить. Нам не удалось. До аэропорта абсолютно неудобно добираться. Услуги такси за 5 минут стоили 100 кг донгов.

老板帮我定sleep bus 的票，帮我打车，帮存行李，房间是典型的公寓，可以做饭，虽然老板的英语不是很好，但很热心呢，反正就是半个英语半个翻译，就能全懂，从公寓出门直走，就可以到机场，百度地图真的是能把你从巷子里饶๑_๑
