"Had a wonderful experience staying at Hyatt Place Itasca for 4 days. Complementary breakfast was amazing and very tasty, variety of items on weekends and weekdays. Cleaning staff did brilliant job every single day in the room. It’s bit far from downtown, takes around 30-40 minutes but can’t complain because of the price, it’s very cheap compared to other Hyatt in Chicago. Only problem I had was with staff, they are not very friendly as compared to their interactions with US citizens. Overall, will definitely stay here on my next visit."
