Nice hot spring and food”

The hotel service is good and the hot spring is good. The dinner is delicious and the breakfast is very great. Two things that are not satisfying are the location and the bathroom in the room. The free shuttle bus is only available from 2pm and it's only for go to the hotel from Ito station. If you would like to go out from the hotel, you need to find your own way to leave. It's a bit far if you walk. For the room, the toilet and bathroom are a bit old, though we haven't used the bathroom since we took shower in the hot spring area. The price which includes a night and 2 meals is actually reasonable and it's worth coming on the whole.

Good Relaxing Trip”

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect and the area has a lot of tourist spots as well. The hotel is clean and includes a lot of great ammenities like the public bath and the restaurant.

Traditional Japanese Hotel”

Traditional Japanese styled hotel with very comfortable room. The public hot spring is nice, I like the outdoor one. It is not close to railway station, but we drive and it offers free parking. It is just next to a 24 hours supermarket and there are some local restaurants around.

とても素敵な宿でした”

子供の誕生日旅行で利用しました。 リフォームされたようで築年数と比べるととても綺麗でした。 大浴場入口に飲泉があり、飲んでみたら便秘な私が快便に！ 化粧水にも利用出来るので、部屋にはパックが置いてあり10分ほど置いて外したら肌がモッチモチ！ 大浴場は大きく広いぬる湯(39℃)と、大人4人位がゆったり入れる深めなあつ湯(42℃)と、打たせ湯、岩風呂の露天風呂があり、のんびり入浴を楽しめました。 風呂場の入口には化粧落としがポンプタイプで置いてあり、利用したい人が持って入浴、利用後返却するようになっていました。 朝食はバイキングではなくお膳で出てきました。 ご飯か粥かが選べ、おかわり自由でした。 好き嫌いが多い子供には苦手な物が多く小言を言いながら食べていましたが、大人は大満足！ 年齢に合わせて内容が少し選べると嬉しかったかな？と思います。 とても大満足なお宿でした！また伊東に行く際は利用させてください^_^

家族で大満足。”

今回コロナ禍で財布の中が寒いので、素泊まりでお世話になりましたが、お部屋も広くて、清潔で 大浴場も広く、子供達ともども大満足でした。 ただ、前日でプールの営業が終了していて、入れなかったのが残念でした。8月いっぱい営業していて欲しかったです。 又、宿泊に伺います。

素泊まりでかなりお安かったのでこちらにしました。古いですが、値段のわりに清潔感があって良かったです。アメニティも揃っていたので持っていく荷物も少なくすみました。大浴場は脱衣所を含めとても広くて良かったです。

温泉の雰囲気・スーパー近い”

伊東の温泉地ではかなり安い方で4人で18600円はリーズナブル。 となりにマックスバリューがあるため飲み物やデザートなど買いに行きやすい。 一方周辺には飲食店はなく寂れている。 お風呂は綺麗で飲料水も完備、部屋は普通。 フロントサービスも対応が早かった。

スタッフの方はステキたが。。”

粋の部屋に泊まりましたが、値段の割に料理や設備が良くないと思いました。 スタッフの方が少ない人数で頑張って丁寧に対応されていました。経営側の問題を感じます。

名前負けしていました。”

小涌園のなかでも 比較的評判もよく停まったのですが 建物が古いせいなのかかなりはなれた部屋での子供たちのはしゃぎ声が響きました。 さらに、温泉も思った以上に自慢できるレベルではなく、スーパー銭湯並みでした。 素泊まりだったのですが、食事を摂れる定食屋などもなく近くの中華料理屋で ラーメンで済ませた感じです スタッフ皆さま方の対応は丁寧だったので本当に残念です もう少し、 言ってよかったと思える環境であってほしかった。
