Comfortable budget hotel with friendly staff membe”
Our stay at Ivory Hotel was a comfortable one. Rooms are large and basic but clean (although some refurbishment of the bathroom is needed). The little children enjoyed playing in the pool. Hotel management should consider removing the swimming fee for hotel guests(79 pesos or less than US$2). Free wi-fi is much appreciated. Ample parking space for guests.

Nice place, friendly staff”
This was nice hotel for the money. The only very minor complaint is that there was no frig in our room. With the nice little dining area with a sink and cupboards, it's a bit surprising that there was no frig to keep the drinks cold. The restaurant was fairly basic, but the food decent. Wifi worked great, until our last 2 days.... then it just went out. The staff tried to get it working, but to no avail. This is probably an isolated incident. The wifi in the lobby worked fine. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if I couldn't find the equivalent a little bit closer to town.

the price is very cheap so there's nothing fancy the place is kinda old but clean and well maintained the staff are very nice pool needs a little bit of cleaning not bad to stay in this place. might stay here again because the staff are very friendly and polite

Excellent value for money Hotel”
Above average hotel in a far away place. Hotel staff are very cordial in spite of long hours of multi tasking. Clean and nice with hot showers.Easy access to transport as well. Only one negative is that I have not seen a disable person access or just didn't look enough.

I reserved a room with prepayment 2 weeks prior to check in date, when we got there, no room was reserved and they were claiming we cannot get a room because it is fully booked. Our reservation was overlooked and we were made to wait for around 45 minutes before the issue was resolved. The one at the frontdesk (Carmelita) cannot make a decision and she was even prioritizing the text bookings instead of ours. Then on check out, we requested for airport transfer. We were told that shuttle will pick us up at 12:00pm. Its already 12:52, still no shuttle because they forgot to coordinate with the driver. Our flight is at 2:30pm. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times already, i dont know what happened that their staff are inefficient now.

New hotel, spacious room, great service.”
Based on their Agoda posting, the room was for 3 adults max; we were pleasantly surprised that it was spacious enough for 4 adults at no extra cost. Sharon, the front desk lady who emailed me right after our Agoda confirmation, helped us with travel directions to Callao caves and Our Lady of Piat.

Pros 1. The city is on powerout out due to storm and this hotel maintain its aircondition 24hrs. 2. Spacius room and bathroom 3. Friendly staff and accomadating Cons 1. Limited facitlities-no fridge, one of our room we stay has no key 2. Always no tissue and bathroom upon check in.

Hotel with approachable staff”
Got a reservation in this hotel, premiere matrimonial. The hotel is quite pleasant to the eye. I liked my room because it was big enough for me to stay for a night. Towels and soaps were not available so i have to call the front desk like three to four times just to remind them that such necessities were not available. The food is served fast, there is a grill at the lobby also. The staff is friendly and approachable.

generally...it was fine and comfortable...the room is spacious for our family of 5 and the aircon was really cool!! The comfort room was clean and big..only there was no hot water available at 3rd floor for morning coffee. i went down at ground to fetch .

Staff looks iverworked and underpaid”
We booked the "matrimonial suite" expecting that it would be the best room of all but we were disappointed. It was located At the far end, back side of the hotel near a garage turned storage room. There were insects on the floor when we arrived and the AC was not working. We requested to be transferred to a room upstairs and it was better. Better than the original room we had but still not good enough. Hot/cold shower, you have to ask the reception to turn it on and it will take them half an hour to do that unless you go downstairs and follow up. Staff look unhappy and they dont smile. Even if you smile at them. Really bad customer service except for the bellboy who helped us carry our bags and the waiter who served our breakfast in the restaurant. Will never come back.

Basic hotel close to fast food restos”
Don’t expect bells or whistles. It’s quiet and clean enough. Near a few restos, pharmacy and grocery. Has ample parking and away from traffic-congested city center.

Bad customer service”
I had my girlfriend checked in to this hotel but she left a day earlier because one of the staff doesn't have any idea about customer service. Beware of the supervisor dressed in yellow dress who works at the morning shift. She refused to let my girlfriend and her friends go for a swim in the hotel pool because a meeting is currently taking place. From what I understand, when you pay for hotel accommodation this includes the use of the hotel amenities including the pool. These folks don't obviously understand this.

Do not stay at this Nightmare ”
If only I could post photos of the rotten mouldy stinking bathroom door or the filth on and around the toilet, maybe the disgusting shower head. A local stayed next door and brought his 20 breeding chickens and 6 Rosters and placed the cages outside our room .. oh it was midnight when we were woken up by crowing roosters 5 feet from our door. If only you could see the photos .. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER

Well during my staying at this hotel it was a low average for me even though I like the staff. What I've been noticed in my room are no towels ready, phone cord almost break from where it's plugging in, no hot water, when I checked their pool it has have something moving in the pool so I changed my mind for planning to swim and lastly my time check out is 12noon but they turned off the air con in my room at 11am, how rude coz I'm still inside my room.

OK FOR A TRAVEL.....”
THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS GETTING WATER AND HOT WATER AT THAT....THERE IS A RESTUARANT ON SITE BUT THERE IS NO COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS....BUT IT IS OK FOR A SINGLE TRAVELER ON BUSINESS HERE
