The room and the hostel are super clean and in a great location! It’s close to the pier and in the middle of everything but it isn’t too loud at night. It’s quite a walk to the Long Beach, but there are plenty of taxi boats (which we didn’t use). June and the staff were so kind and helpful and provided us with lots of information about the island. We would definitely come back!

Was very sad to leave”
Had a wonderful stay and extended a night because it was so nice. The room is very basic but has everything you need and is very clean (which I was very happy about because I didn‘t have that often during my thailand travels). The hotel is directly in the center but it is not too loud in the night as the bars are a few streets away. The lady at the front desk (sorry I never asked her name) was just unbelievable helpful, super nice and walked the extra mile to get information and even went to the pier with me to ask about boat rates. A little boy and his grandpa played at the entrance in the morning and everything felt just very homely. I really enjoyed my stay there.

We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Ivory hotel. The receptionist June is amazing ! Such a kinda, welcoming and helpful lady. She works so hard to make your stay perfect. Remembers every customer by name. She really helps each individual to make their stay on the island perfect, giving us lots of information. Rooms are basic however very clean and comfortable beds.Great location to local beach and nightlife, restaurants, cafes all close by. Would definitely stay again all because of JUNE! We love you ! June on reception is absolutely brilliant , really helpful with information about the island. The place itself is in a perfect location , really close to the pier , bars and restaurants. It's also really great value for money.

Clean, modern, good location - away from all the night clubs. June is the sweetest person. Always making sure we had all we need. On the cheaper side of hotels on Koh Phi Phi, but the rooms are the same as the more expensive ones. Would stay again

Everything was really nice!”
I stayed here for 17 nights. I really liked it, very friendly staff, very clean with cleaning every day. Good aircon, safety box. Located just in the end of the food market. Koh Phi Phi is a bit of a party island, but at this hotel you hear little to none of that! The only thing I would have liked was a refrigerator because of the length of my stay. Thank you The Ivory for a very pleasurable stay, see you next time!

Perfect stay in the middle of Phi Phi with the loveliest receptionist! ”
The hotel was perfect. It was clean, in the middle of Phi Phi, 5min walk from the local beach, free bottles of water and beach towels and the nicest receptionist ever! Darien made our stay perfect. She is very honest and always wants to help you! We love her and hope to see her and this hotel again!

Rooms very simple and quite dark but for the price it was really good And clean. Location of the hotel is great and June(receptionist) was very helpful - gave us a map of the whole island, explained where everything is and even helped to arrange a day trip. Overall good value for the money.

The hotel is located in a perfect area, 2 minutes walk to the beach and pier, but also in a quiet street so we had a good night sleep. The staff was nice and welcoming, the host upgraded our room free of charge when we had a problem with our room and she was very kind in general. Would recommend!

The location is perfect, really close to a cheap and delicious street food place and the pier. The stuff is incredibly polite and helpful. It took me a lot of time to find such cheap, quiet and nice place at Phi Phi, save your time and nerves and book Ivory hotel :) the rooms are small but it didnt bother us

Pros: - location - clean - owner was lovely -quiet -A/C was great Cons: - the wifi was awful, it kept logging me out so would have to sign in again and again as would drop signal if you put your phone down for a second
