May be due to the Covid-19 and less business this was not looking good; only around 20% occupancy probably was there. It was very quiet and many parts were accessible due to cleanliness issues.

If u personally live in a place where restrooms can be scary then u will be fine with this place. It does not look safe like the pictures. Noise from drinkers surrounding. Perfect for cheap place options for non-class shady drinking and partying. It is up to you to like it or not, same as someone can like drinking unclean water.

Inconvenient location”
If you're going to stay here you must arrive with some kind of transport otherwise you will be stuck. The breakfast was absolutely terrible, almost inedible and the place was under staffed and not well maintained. The rooms were okay and clean but overpriced.

Don't go by the pictures of this property. The bathrooms were filthy full of moulds. No housekeeping was done. The hotel is located in a very secluded area so won't recommend to anyone who are not traveling by their own personal vehicle. You won't get any public transportation to and fro from the hotel. The staff does not understand English so they were of no help. It's very hard to communicate with them. Also, there is no restaurant in this hotel so at night you will have to get your food from outside. No restaurants or Seven Eleven is located nearby. Even the water in the swimming pool was dirty. The place is not properly managed. And the dogs roam around in the garden and near the swimming pool making it difficult for you to sit and have food outside.

You get what you pay for”
We stayed for 3 nights and were initially really pleased as the bed sheets were clean and everything looked great - really good value for the price. Unfortunately the bathroom was absolutely filthy with encrusted brown dirt (we hoped.....) around the toilet and a layer of mould behind the toilet seat. If it had been cleaner we would have happily given a better review as, for the price, it was great but the lack of cleaning really let the place down.

we booked the wrong date, therefore we can’t check in, the staff was very kind, they help us to call Agoda, change the date and room for us. We stayed 2 nights, we have our bbq there also

The location, the room & swimming pool was ok.. but the toilet is dirty with some retention water on the floor and our water heater also not functioning. The surrounding look like not maintain well. There is a dog strolling around our room and one of my nieces accidentally step on the poop!!

Lots of flies and ants in the room. All 3 bathrooms having different problems. One of it was flooded after bathing, 2nd one has a water pipe that keeps dropping off.. 3rd one water is suddenly very hot and suddenly very cold. We booked the room for 2 nights but decided to shift out after the first night.

We definitely not recommend this stay for other. This is totally spoiled our trip! 1) The hotel has only 1 staff 2) Booked for double bed, but when we arrive, the staff told me AGODA didn't inform about this! End up with twin bed. 3) Everything are dirty! The bedsheet, the bathroom, toilet bowl, washing basin, the bench, the gazebo in front of the room ect. 4) Aircond cassette sitting on the floor! Overall, this is a property lack of maintenance.
