        Only 1 Thing to Complain About”

        Everything was very good. Very comfortable. The only thing was there was a little hair in the fridge. Other than that OK. I would definitely go back and plan to soon.

        Has a lift. Room has a balcony and is comfortable to stay. 2 bottles of water with no extra charge are in the fridge. Boiled water at Lobby if you need to make your tea or coffee. Next to Lotus’s Supermarket. I cross the street to take a van to Udon Thani so I don’t need to go to Bus Station.

        No complains for the price paid Clean and basic. Near Lotus which is convenient if you need to buy some daily necessities. You need to go thru the small roads/alleys to reach the hotel.

        The price and place are good matching ..location is the back of lotus super center and the main Rd. Far from Khong river 2-3 km.by car is convenient. Wifi is bad. Staffs is not smile. Check in till midnight if over time charge 100 b see the note sign. From immigration Thai Laos bridge tuktuk ask for 50 b per head about 2-3 kilometers.

        The elevator makes a thumping noise that even with my room being the furthest away, I still felt the vibrations and kept me up all night.

        Terrible experience”

        Checked in with papers showing booking and payment via Agoda but when leaving receptionist said I had not paid. Would not listen to Agoda app saying PAID. Created a big headache! Avoid this hotel!

        Great location and Clean room”

        My girl friend and I decided to stay in Nongkhai for a night during our transit as it was getting late in the day. We found Iyara Hotel to be fairly priced with great clean room and bed linen. Its also right next to Assawan Shopping mall which was extremely convenient. We were impressed and ended up staying for 2 nights and spent the extra day to explore Nonghkai.

        Wow great hotel ”

        So clean, spacious, modern and extremely comfortable bed. Would stay here again and recommend to all! The bathroom has its own shower. Great hotel.

        Neat and Clean”

        This is a budget hotel, but really neat and clean with no frills. They don't do breakfast, but they are right behind a big mall and another across the mail road. Staff are also very helpful.

        A noisier place; take ear plugs along - everything else is very fine for the money you pay. Parking, functional rooms (except a decent writing desk) and clean - lived up to its promises!
