👍🏼 has its own lawn, spacious parking area(all in gated area) 👍🏼near to main road which easy for access to mosque, grocery store & restaurant/food stall/7E. 👍🏼very helpfull & friendly staff. 👍🏼cute cottage, basic need provided(towel,soap), room is big & clean. Bed (big) & pillow was very comfortable. 👍🏼wifi available & has good coverage. 👍🏼kampung environment, very peaceful,calm, serenity 👎🏼no bad review. We happy staying here as a transit before g to Pulau Perhentian. 👎🏼

Iz budget has a good location. 3 mins drive to the jetty. Bed is super comfy, hotel style. Room is clean. Suggest to provide small soap for the guest. Overall it’s a good transit and worth money.

They don’t provide blanket for my room. I don’t know if they forgot or the room offered is without it. The rest are all good. Very clean room. Located near to a restaurant that serves good food. A 5 minutes walking distance. Also a grocery shop nearby if you need to buy something urgently.

Large bed given (king size) with comfortable bed and pillows..room and bathroom were clean..towels provided..basic utensils located outside room in the cabinet..tv just basic channels but no problem with me as i link it with my laptop to watch movies(bring my own)...aircond fairly cold but if during sunny hot daytime, it took a long time to cold (i think need a service though)... They provided package to perhentian island too but i didnt try it as came here for work purpose.. Definitely will come here again if having work at that area..value for money..

I love the cleanliness of the room. And since it a bit far from town, I'd love the privacy too. Although situated in a village, it's safe enough to know you're surrounded by villagers (not too close, of course, so you still have your privacy.) But you need to pack your food and beverages beforehand because there's no walking-distance restaurant nearby. This place is better if you have own vehicle to go here and there otherwise it will be a bit hard for you to move out and about.

Aircond for 2nd Room not working good”
I book 2 rooms. 1 room has issue with it's air-conditioning system. Call the owner. She came down. Have a look. She realized that the room air-conditioning system is not as per the other room. The air-conditioning system although set at 16 degrees but seems like 28-32 degrees all the way. It was very uncomfortable for us especially for the kids. She left because it seems that she cannot do anything because it was night time when the issues were reported to her.

If you are planning to go to the islands is a niced way to go, since they were very helpful taking us form the airport to the property and then buyingus boat tickets. Nothing more to do around there than just overnight.

После бронирования, в WhatsApp’s написал хозяин, с предложением встретить с аэропорта за 88рингит( граб стоит 72). Ехать примерно час. В гесте 3 номера, за свои деньги сносно, чтобы переночевать и отправиться на острова. Телевизора в номере не было, интернет ооочень слабый, практически отсутствие, горячей воды не было, текла чуть теплее комнатной. Номер стоил 80 ринггит за ночь. Такси до пирса 6-7 рингит, чел с отеля предлагает за 15. С утра можно прогулятся до большой оптовой базы, закупиться газировкой и пр., тк на островах либо ничего нет, либо все в 3-4 раза дороже. Удачи в путешествиях!🌴🌴🌴
