Cleanliness is very very bad”
Didn't get the room as we wanted. The hotel changed the room type without informing us first hand. The room changed is very dirty. Very serious water leak stain in the room. As a result of the leak, there is a wall full of moss in the room and it's beside the bed. The other room has water leaking from the air cond which will wet the bed when you are sleeping. Very very bad experience. Had a very bad stay at this hotel. Highly not recommended.

Awkward Situation”
My wife was having her convocation the day after our supposed check-in into this hotel on 12th November 2016. I paid for 2 rooms (can accomodate 4 person into each room) but after further discussion with my wife, we had decided to get one more standard room. All paid in advance. My father arrived at the hotel first. But, surprise surprise, they did not book our rooms for us. Quoting the staff, they said, one of their staffs wrote "do not come" on my reservation (my father arrive at 6pm of 12th November btw). They took my money but did not reserve the room? And, to make matter worse, there was NO more room that can accommodate 4 person in the hotels as the hotel was full. So, they had to transfer us to one of their other hotels. There is octogenarian in the group, so, the dilly-dallying is really unnecessary, especially after 6 hours of travelling. After transfer, the other hotel asked my father to pay for the hotel, saying that "oh, our hotel did not liase with Agoda although it is the same hotel, so we need you to pay us for your stay". I paid in advance for reservation they did not keep, and now requesting my father for another payment? But, my mother did not want to pay for it and after checking with the other hotel, they allow us to stay. They managed to get things settle before I arrived at the hotel. I was preparing the sue this hotel for causing unnecessary nuisance to a supposedly happy day for us, but, since they managed to settle the issue, I will let this go. But, obviously, this hotel is not good with technical issue. The rule is easy. If you can't hold the reservation, then, don't place yourself into agoda. Anyway, this hotel is in good location, satisfactory in cleanliness and has good facility. Minus my awkward situation, I think, this hotel is a good stay.

Irresponsibility hotel staff”
Hotel staff simply entered guest room without permission during guest not in the room. I experienced of lost tablet and mobile phone and finally found in reception drawer.
