Reception counter ceiling found cobwebs. Counter itself found sweet packet. Pillow case found hairs(definitely not mine). Staff friendly, helpful and provide necessary info. Great location. Few minutes walk from train station and bus terminal. Easy to move around city center. A lot of restaurants near by.

This hotel is in a great location. Good too if you have a car, as they have access to a public carpark next to the hotel. Hotel is pretty basic with regards to room amenities. A bit old but still clean.

旅店地點近礁溪火車站及客運轉運站，交通便利。房間整齊乾淨，舒適度不錯；房間有溫泉可泡澡，很舒爽。有附早餐，早餐豐富是亮點。工作人員態度很親切，因為不熟附近遊玩景點，詢問櫃台人員，她們很親切且熱情分享好幾個景點，我後來也ㄧ一去走踏，覺得不虛此行；感覺很棒，再次來礁溪小旅行一定會再回訪住宿。
