strategic location, but small room
pc with WiFi supplied in room, weight scale
We stayed for 2 nights, toiletries were provided for 2 days use when checked in. The room was just enough for us, not very spacious. J&I Home has provided fetching service from ChaoMa Station to the hotel only; Management has cab calling service when we check out to go to the ChaoMa Station. Hotel is near to FengJia Night Market area.

Its small but very convenient and has everything..
the in-room computer
the host is very nice and there is in-room computer and very close to Feng jia night market. Although its located in a small lane and hard to locate because there is no sign, it is still very recommendable!

Budget choice, acceptable room, good service
Very close to night market
Got free upgrade from standard to superior room, which has a computer, important for transport if you're free travelling. Very close to Fengjia night market, where all the good food is. Owner was very nice is letting me shorten my stay without penalty as I planned to go to another region of Taiwan. Overall, can't say it's as nice as a hotel room, but was reasonably clean and hygienic and on the whole acceptable.

Thoughtful management
Cosiness of the room/Near FengChia Nightmarket
The size of the room was nice and cosy, equipped with a table/closet/fridge/television/double bed/internet access. Bath supplies (Shampoo/Body Foam/facial Cleanser) were replenished daily. However, for the internet connection, only ONE network socket and a lan cable was provided, thus only one of us could use the internet at any time. Besides that, the place was generally a decent and budget place to live in.

Great location but small rooms
convenient location
the hotel is located near the night market. Lots of eating outlet for your choice and shopping as well, and is within walking distance. This is not a hotel and has no sign of the J & I home. No reception, no cashier, only the security room to take care of everything. You may find it very inconvenience that if you donot speak local language or cannot read Chinese. Very domestic type of place to sleep at night. But the room provide with all what you need for the stay. Acceptable cleanliness, but the air-conditioner was so dusty that I need to clean it myself so as to have a comfort and cool stay for the night. The bed seems too soft for 2.

Small room nearby fengjia night market
j&i home is pretty hard to find. when you arrived in front of the building, it seems to be a residence with a lot of flats and does not seem to be a hotel at all. there is one security guard at the entrance, but not what we can call a reception. when we arrived, the security guard called the "owner" of our room. he brought us to our room giving us quick information. we did not see him during the rest of our stay. the room and bathroom are clean and small. the best about this place is the location: 5min walk away from fengjia night market.

Not very convenient, the room is small
PC Computer
This hostel is not very easy to locate. However it is not far away to the night market, as well as only 10-minute walk to Carrefour. For the room, it is relatively small and since we have added an extra bed, we can barely walk within the room. The toilet was clean, but there was no proper differentiation between bath and toilet, so when we went to bath, the whole toilet would be filled with water, which was not quite nice. There is a PC computer in the room, which I guess is a plus. Also, the bed was not comfortable as I can feel the coil of the bed. I may not come to this hostel again even if I come to Taichung again.
