good location, helpful staff, clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Jerusalem
Hotel was very nice with.excellent staff. Great location. Right in the middle of everything. The televisions are a little finicky. However I would recommend this hotel. One caveat. Check in on Saturday is not until 8 30 pm.
I received excellent service from the hotel staff during my stay at this hotel. The only problem with this hotel is that the reception area is not opened 24 hours. It closes at 8:00 p.m. If one plans to check in after 8:00 p.m. and check out very early in the morning, special arrangement has to be made with the hotel beforehand. The guest room is well-furnished and well-equipped, but don't expect other facilities outside of the guest room, as the hotel is different from a normal hotel.
Give it a miss”
Location is the only positive thing. The building is dirty and when I arrived the elevator was not working. Had to climb stairs with bags and no signs to let people know what was going on. The staff were rude and unapologetic. Made me feel like I was being unreasonable in complaining about the elevator. Definitely NOT a 4 star.
Great location in central Jerusalem ”
It is a very unique hotel that it’s located in a business building where the hotel is on the 21st (top) floor, there is a hotel “office” but no lobby, it works very well and the staff is either in the office or they ref to a location a few floors below, what truly makes this hotel is the location and the room, assuming the rooms are somewhat similar our was like a “efficiency “ on the first (entry) level was the living space with a kitchen and a powder room, second level had the bedroom and a full bath. The view over the city (and beyond) from the unit was spectacular. Another awesome plus is that is the location at the end of Ben Yehuda St, (since it’s on the end it doesn’t effect the no vehicle, as a matter of fact there is both bus stops and a taxi “holding place), furthermore it’s only 15 min walk to the old city. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon. PYH
Located on the 21st floor of an older slightly delapated office tower. Our unit was two story with a modern kitchen, dining room and living room on the main floor and bedroom on the second floor. The unit was quite nice but maintenance overall was not up to standards. In one corner there was a previous water-leak that had not been repaired. The carpet in the halls was old and stained. The view from the 21st floor was great. For breakfast you are giving vouchers to nearby restaurants. It was a bit of a walk but we enjoyed the change from hotel buffets. The staff were excellent and helpful but only there until 8 pm. Overall a good choice for a couple or family.
Your Best Choise ”
The suit was amaizing with all the necessary accomandation and amazing view. Best location - just waking distance from many different attraction - shopping, restorunts, night life, old city... Amazing stuff that gave us great service from the moment I made the order.
Amazing Luxurious Value in the Heart of JERUSALEM ”
Great value for a Luxury Product Great service Great hospitality Would totally recommend it to anyone
Thank you, dear Ilan. We are happy to hear you've had a great stay with us - and looking forward to host you and your family again! Best Regards, Tehila Zamir - Reception Manager.
Great bang for ur buck.”
Beautiful suites great views and location. No facilities except for the room. No swimming no eatery. But the apartment is beautiful and very nice staff. Very boutique. We love coming here.
great value and clean very botique
Nice Modern Apartment”
Lovely apartment. Very modern and clean. Bed was hard, and telescope did not work but taped together. Parking was a challenge and long walk to Jaffa Gate. Staff were lovely and provided awesome breakfast as holiday and nothing was open.
Not really a hotel - more a plush serviced apartment”
Firstly, the positives- The room was spectacular. Great view, lots of space, nice facilities in the room However: Do nit expect the trappings of a hotel. This is a number of rooms on top of a very functional office block. Lifts are very much 1980's office style. Location is good for West Jerusalem- 20 minutes to the Old City on foot. Very close to a superb market ( Machane Yehuda) which is full of fruit and vegetable stalls during the day and trendy bars and restaurants at night Rooms are massive ( mine 2 floors) Views spectacular ( the best facing the Old City) Outside of the rooms the only trappings of a hotel is a coffee machine I would recommend for families looking for a serviced apartment not for someone looking fora plush hotel. Good if you know Jerusalem - if you need concierge services etc, not so much
Very helpful front desk staff.
Nice place to stay in Jerusalem ”
Me and my girl decided to enjoy a bit of the luxury in Jerusalem and this place had this vibe. we arrived to this place because we needed a parking as well which here on Agoda it showed this place has parking which it doesn't have and doesn't have any agreement with the parking places around it so we had to pay for parking. we arrived to a very nice room with huge living room and amazing kitchen, bed room and beautiful bath but in both bathroom and shower there was a bad smell which we complained about several times and they just covered it with air freshener which doesn't really solve the problem but I didn't want to make a scene out of it. The kitchen was missing a lot of necessary accessories to really make cook and I told those things to the guy that worked there on check out and he said that if I said something before they would have getting everything for us, when someone take an apartment they don't want to go to the reception every couple of minutes so I find it a bit weird way to work. when we got to the check out and I wanted to pay, the girl in the reception said I need to pay extra 17% VAT because I'm an Israeli citizen and when I told her my girlfriend pays for it and she need invoice on her name so she said I'm still need to pay cause I made the reservation which is load of crap, The IRS don't care who made the reservation they care who payed the bill. and when I told her that she got angry at me like this money goes to her own pocket so I went to the guy that worked there and he solve my problem in a minute. I'm writing all of it so this place could upgrade their service and put some of their workers in place.
Great space in great location”
The 21st Floor Hotel was a great AirBnB substitute. For a slightly increased cost, there was easy check-in/check-out service (office staffed 8 am to 8 pm), breakfast in the neighborhood included in the price, and a stunning view. The location is about as central as can be - right where you want for a tourist (we walked to Machane Yehuda in one direction and the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall in the other. In fact, the Old City was easily walkable (about 3/4 of mile) for my energetic family (and there's a light rail stop 2 blocks away otherwise). The unit was beautiful (we had a dramatic view of the Old City which a couple of the units have) and very private (my wife and I were in the private bedroom upstairs and my high school aged sun slept on the pull out couch in the living room downstairs). There was a galley kitchen with a microwave, hot plate, dishes, and normal fridge/freezer. Those with mobility issues should note that the bathroom was upstairs next to the master bedroom. There are no "facilities" like a gym or pool of course and no parking (but the management provided us very clear directions to the nearby downtown parking garages .. which works fine if you have a car with you).
excellent location, good value”
Excellent location, very large rooms, great view, good value for money
I feel like I discovered a hidden gem in Jerusalem!
first time in Jersualem”
This is actually not a hotel but a business tower and the rooms are like small but nice duplex condos. The rooms are on the 21st floor and thats it. Breakfast is somewhere outside the hotel and expect no room cleaning on a saturday. Dissapointed with my stay in Jerusalem and the hotel did not really make it better either...
The hotel is actually on top of City Tower in City Center along Ben Yehuda St. which is walking distance to Mahane Yehuda Market. Plenty of restaurant and shops nearby. It is about 30mins walk to Western Wall.
Hotel Apt. on top of City Tower”
Everything is great except the black carpet.
