GREAT LOCATION GREAT PRICE”
I have stayed here before but every time they raise the bar as to service. This is not nor ever will be a 5-star hotel BUT that being said the service is 5 star the location is perfect. The hotel is just off beach road about 15 feet to a good part of the beach where there is a swimming area. If you do not like swimming on the beach then they have a pool with a perfect view of the ocean and beach road. There are many locations to eat that are priced well and the sellers do not try to gouge you

Very nice hotel at the beach road. Nice swimmingpool and great view from room and swimmingpool on 4th floor. Staff friendly and helpfull. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed many times”
Great location and price. Friendly staff and large beds with a bath in the bathroom apart from a shower. Right on the beach front. Stayed many times and will continue to do so, but I believe from April will close down for refurbishment. Pity, because I like the 'old' nature of the hotel.

Good for a night ”
The hotel i booked with the nice view of the beach wasn't available which was disappointing (I didn't see the fine print ), but I was only there for a night after quarantine, so it was good enough for me. Very nice lady at front desk and the Filipino staff too . The hotel was empty maybe 4 of us there which is very sad and also Pattaya main beach was empty. Hurry up and go C19 ! A great English sports pub a few Soi's away with great food ( alcohol ban) and it's not far up to the mall. Great location and the price is so cheap.

Good budget hotel”
Pros : 1)The main advantage is the location, just right on the Beach Raod, Soi 13- just a minute away the Sea and 8-10 mins walk to Walking Street 2) Small but good pool at 4th floor 3) The Sea view rooms are superb in terms of beautiful view Cons : 1) The hotel is old and need maintenance, 2) Cofee/Tea maker can be added in each room 3) TV and AC need to be changed in some rooms- very old ( specially TV- now every small hotel has flat screen LCD/LED TV) Overall I am happy and satisfied with the location and staff behavior Ms Opal is very sweet lady and very co-operative also. I would definitely come back again

Good to see they replaced the old analogy TV. It would nice if they provided coffee making facilities and a box of tissues otherwise the hotel is good value for money.

Hotel building is very old but rooms are good size.my opinion It's good for buget travels . Pools is small .loccation 5 min walk to walking street hotel just across the beach many resturents to eat in clouding the mall very close to the hotel. I was in room 506 there is no phone available in my room but Wi-Fi speed is ok. Staff was ok but dont expect too much.Overall it's hotel for buget travlers.

Great location, friendly staff ... could be a great hotel BUT this place urgently needs refurbishment. The internet is low speed (if it works at all), and when you take a shower be prepared to only have cold water, list could be continued ...
