This is a 1 bedroom condo unit located in Tower2, 22nd floor. Facing Aeon Towers and Abreeza Mall.

With the ff amenities:

Free use of fresh linens and towels

GYM is exclusively for unit owners use only

NOT available:
a. washing machine
b. induction cooker (only use microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, for heating/cooking)
c. no parking inside the building, only drop off at both lobby of Abreeza Place Tower 2 (street parking only near Abreeza Mall)

*Swimming pool for registered guests only at P150/pax/day

Our Rental Officer, Ms. KIM, or Ms. Grace, will personally meet you to give you the condo unit keys and the condo walkthrough. Meet ups at Abreeza Tower 2 lobby. I will make sure you will have a comfortable stay in our units, we managed several condo units in Davao City, Avida & Alveo condos.
