Staff are good but facilities are bad, I couldn't watch Thai TV chanel, the engineer staff told me that its was breken I can watch only the have because he can't fix it!!!...This is accor policy isn't it.

Good Hotel. Great Location”
Had a renovated room and everything was fine. Location is hard to beat, Beach is across the street. Hotel breakfast was "adequate", Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location but awful service and old facilities”
It was the fourth time that i stayed at that hotel and it is getting worst the service. Now it is not worthy the value of money. I cannot recommend it. The staff of the restaurant and bar doesn't speak well basic english as ingredientes of food. We had a problem because i am allegic at seafood. If you are allergic, it is better to write it down before in a paper. The air-con is not working well into the room and the person who has to fix, didnt speak any word in english. The internet connection is bad, only works at the hall not into the rooms. The reception gave me a late notification about a missed call from the bank. The atm is next to the hotel doesnt give you back the credit card. The hotel doesnt renovate its facilities.... half of showers into the swimming pool were broken or the flush of the toilet was not working well. The good point is the location.

I would like to say first of all the front end staff were good. They tried hard to apologize for the problems experienced. It is a problem with the hotel management.
The rooms and property were worn down and in desperate need of repair. The internet effectively did not work when I arrived. I was told it would be fixed in the next day. After returning from dinner we discovered the toilet was backed up and was dumping raw sewage on the floor. Finally, they decided to move us to another room. We arrived to find another worn down room with no hot water. Again they had to send staff to get this working again.
On the plus side, each time there was a major problem they sent over a tiny bowl of old fruit. It was a fitting touch to the experience.
When I arrived and discovered the state of the hotel I asked if I could get a refund. I assumed they would charge me the first night. But, no. No refund. I was stuck.
