Nice place and people but not-so-nice location”

Had a nice stay here. Pretty much everything was pleasant. My favourite part was the shower. The only issue would be noise from the AC which, at first, I thought it was noise from a car engine; it wasn’t very loud but very disturbing. Also, the hotel was not that close to the Waterfront Community and I wouldn’t feel safe to walk around in the night.

For once in Asia - this place looks way better than the photos. It is a new and proper hotel, complete with a beautiful rooftop view. I have a feeling they must hold conferences here because it's large and has the facilities for it. Our room had tons of space to put our things, huge desk, good TV, fridge, kettle, balcony. The bathroom is modern and clean and the shower water doesn't spray everywhere like in most Asian hotels. There was no way for bugs to get in, it is very well-constructed. The staff helped us extensively to arrange a minivan to the specific border we wanted. I think the cherry on top was that our reservation said no breakfast included but we got two vegetarian sandwiches handed to us, plus a basic buffet breakfast in the cafeteria each morning. The place is a 10- or 15-minute walk to downtown but it is a very pleasant walk if you take the route along the river and through the temple grounds.

The girls at the reception took very good care of me. Nice, quiet and modern room, floor 4. Very good value for the money. Free coffee and bread in the morning. Next time in chantaburi I will choose this hotel

Very clean, spacious room, friendly staffs. There were coffee and sandwich provided although I booked the room without breakfast- very generous of them. The location wasn’t a problem for me since I had a car. Highly recommended!
