Meet the five-star standard. The scenery in resort is really good, we take a lot of pictures. the room is far away to front desk, it needs to call a vehicle of hotel to go to anywhere. the kitchen is large and tools is complete, we are all regret
that we didn't buy some food to cook. the swimming pool in 3 bedrooms villa is to deep for children to swim.
BTW, there have two angsana villas resorts in this district, our driver made a mistake with these two hotels. we have to wait for 20 minutes for this hotel send a car to pick up us. so please tell the driver exactly address to save your time.

Excellent large villas”
Excellent large villas with access to hotel facilities (including room service). Shuttle bus to the beach. Close to the airport. Recommended for families with young children.

Bathroom ruins the whole stay”
Angsana Villas Rssort is not the newest resort. The villa is reasonably-maintained. Villa is spacious given the price. Pool is clean and warm. Crib and high chair were arranged as requested.
However, the shower is really terrible. Low water pressure and the water temperature fluctuates even we never made any adjustments. It's so inconvenient to help my baby to take a bath and do really easy to get her cold. Worse? I requested 3 times and the problem had not been fixed by check out. Most inconvenient shower experience ever.

Very disappointed for location. From website couln’t find out where the villas are. The villa was so far away from the beach. Kitchen was very poorly equipped to make a dinner yourself.

Great place to stay. we stayed in a two bedroom villa which suited our family of 5 with our three children being 16-21. We loved the location and breakfast was lovely. Loved the shuttle service to the other hotels and mini mart. Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed here 1 night and we were upgraded to a villa. It was very nice but we did experience problems with the hot water and wifi not working. These were rectified quickly once we notified them.
This resort is out of the way, so you would need a car if you want to go out for dinner. It is probably best suited to families with children who are happy to stay at the resort and either eat at their restaurant or prepare meals themselves.

We booked a two-room suite and we were ushered to suite 5505. Apparently, the hotel staff had not properly checked the individual room. We had to call the front desk after finding out that one of the bedrooms was locked. A staff came in but failed to open the bedroom door. The staff promised to send over an engineer. We felt uncomfortable and requested to move to other suite to which the staff mentioned that we should wait for another 20 minutes for the hotel to clean the other suite. An hour almost passed and nothing happened. We packed our luggage and went back to the lobby to talk to the receptionist. Apparently the receptionist, Ms. Yana, seemed to take things lightly and did not care about the guests. Instead of apologizing for the inconveniences, Yana told me that the hotel was preparing for another suite and we just had to wait for another 20 minutes. She also told me with her stoned face not to raise my voice, still without expressing any apology. I was not satisfied with the answer as we had already been waiting for an hour. After a while, the hotel staff ushered us to another suite, no. 5507. However, the suite was smelly and the air-conditioner seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time. We said we would prefer to be moved back to suite 5505 rather than staying in a smelly room. We were ushered back to suite no 5505. An engineer was then sent over to fix the door's lock. It took him more than 10 minutes to fix it with the help of two other staff. On the last day of our stay, I had pre-ordered the hotel vehicle (a Fortuner) to take us to the airport. It was a rainy morning. We were supposed to be picked up from the parking area near our suite at 7:55 AM. My three family members were waiting at the suite while I settled my bill at the lobby. It was already 8:00 AM. The receptionist on duty (Ms. Yae) told me that the vehicle was still on the way as it was raining. I requested Ms. Yae to allow one of the two available Angsana Vans to take us to the airp
It was very disappointing to learn about your experience while staying with us.
When we found out that the door of the twin room got accidentally locked, you didn't let us open it, but requested for another room. Running high occupancy, we did our best to find room for you to move, but needed time to clean it. Ms. Yana checked with the team again and rushed them to make it happen faster for you. She also asked you, if it was sure that you wanted to move, as we could just unlock the door. At that point you started shouting at her. She did apologize, but you kept screaming loud right in her face " You're so shit, shit and stupid". She remained calm and we are sorry her "stone face" made you more upset. At check out, the airport taxi was 5 min late, but it made you shout at Ms.Tae. We have CCTV record you went behind the desk with intention to slap her face for that.It is saddening to hear that this had a negative impact on your overall experience in our resort.

The resort location is a bit far from the beach, but they have the mini bus to send you there. The resort area is really big, and you can enjoy all facilities in other resorts as well.
