      非常に満足”

      The hotel is quite small but the decor is very fun and modern. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast is pretty average but still okay. Its located right in the city so there's easy access to many malls. Some of the downsides include the hotel name doesn't shows up in Google Map or Grab so you have to explain the location to your driver. If you order room service like meals or massage, you have to pay right away instead of paying during check out, which is very weird.. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

      Best Deal for Young Adults”

      It is good for young adults without children but the staff were very helpful and friendly with my children. Wifi in my room didn't work very well but over all I enjoyed my stay. The location is very strategic. Easy to find.

      New hotel in the heart of Jakarta”

      Pro : new, clean, comfortable pillow and bed, Dolce Gusto coffee Cons : small room, lack of parking lot, less variety of breakfast menu, no welcome drink Note : when I came to the room, the air con didn't work well, then we were moving to another room. It means that the hotel didn't check and ensure the room equipment is ready to be lived. Also, I booked 2 rooms. In one room, had rain shower, but not had in another room. However, my wife didn't complain about it, but for a new hotel, you must give nice experience to your guests.

      Affordable hotel at the heart of Jakarta”

      I got a bargain price in Agoda, cheaper if compared to any other booking sites. From the price I've paid, the room quality is satisfactory, it is quite spacey and very clean. Twin beds are very comfortable. However, toiletries is only provided for one person, you can request for more in the reception. Also, there are a lot of aspects that can be improved on breakfast section (varieties, taste, service etc).

      Amazing place ”

      I live in Indonesia and tried many hotels in Jakarta. So far this branch of Artotel is my favourite. The room, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff and even the breakfast that comes free with the room was all 5 star. Me and my wife were very impressed

      Very bad staff and awful breakfast”

      When i checked in in front desk, i show the staff my email of booking hotel from agoda, the room been paid and that guy in front desk was asked my wife to pay again coz he said its not pay yet, the credit card only for guarantee. Coz my wife doesnt know that, she gave him the credit card and thank god i saw it and just asked him to stop and i show him the fully email, the room been paid full. Then he said sorry coz the hotel didnt received the money yet and i took the credit card back. That was crazy, how dare he tried to cheat us. And breakfast was awful. Ill never recomend this hotel to anyone.

      Fantastic value for money ”

      Room quite big for such rate (basic room non refundable about US$35 June 2019). There’s mini fridge and safe (both of which I didn’t use), full toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap) and even nespresso with two capsules. Couldn’t find hair dryer though. Four full fluffy pillows and a medium soft bed. The small sealed window faces the corridor but privacy can be had by drawing the opaque curtains. Was very quiet maybe it’s off season. Cleanliness could’ve better though - there was a straw wrapper on floor next to bed and some brown spots at WC floor. Water current was magnificent but as the shower door did not completely seal at the floor line water overflows to the intended dry floor of the bathroom- an easy fix if they would just construct a threshold transition divider on edge of shower floor.

      new branch”

      booked this property based on superb review in the previous famous Sarinah branch. got a brand new room in next building, too bad we found some dust from construction in the bed. room AC was very hot at first, looks like we’re the first who stayed there and turn on the AC. i was surprised when i found there’s no separated space between SMOKING and NONSMOKING in the breakfast area, which is fully airconditioned next to lobby. sorry to say, not sure if we’ll stay there again :(

      Very Good”

      New building on Jl. Wahid Hasyim. To be honest it's very close to their older hotel behind Sarinah supermarket. Compared to the old one, this new building has a different feeling. It's more like budget hotel, seeing at how their room design is. The 'art' walls and pieces are still there but you know it has more simple and modern design rather than the 'artotel' interior concept that they usually bring. Don't get me wrong, the room is still pretty 'artsy' and comfy. Staying there for a staycation. I like it that it's quiet and not too busy, since it's still new hotel. Breakfast is quite various for a three star hotel. If you want scramble eggs or sunny side up, just ask the waiters. But the food quality need to step up the game. Nonetheless, the price was totally make sense and it's still a lovely getaway. Ugh, and I love they provide coffee maker 'dolce gusto' in each room!

      Fit for Value”

      It’s just not ready”

      -No slope in front of the hotel -Two building east and west, got a room on the direction, which receptionist fails to mention, went to the elevator on the wrong side of the building, and when they saw it they don’t say/ word of anything -Loud music on arrival, as the reception is the the the same area with the restaurant, they had loud live music, its so hard to communicate while the band are playing-1st day No hot water in the shower, need to remind them on 2 and day-West wing Lobby no ac, -Room service, try to call them three times their fail to pick it up, 4th call ai leave it on while I Call hotel number to connect to rs and drop the line twice by reception -Breakfast is simple, try to accommodate all type of food but very basic, such only 2. Kind of fruit, there’s dessert cake for breakfast, Additional not been introduced my staff, coffee sachet? While in the room using a single coffee machine. -C/out they are not interested in asking how my stay/more feedback not enough spac.

      Comfortable and clean”

      Hotel is in a good location. It's a basic room and good enough for a short stay. Loved the eclectic artwork in the rooms. WiFi connection was very bad. The reception is on the same floor as the bar (and no divider). Since we arrived at night, the bar was in full swing. It was not a great check-in experience as people were smoking indoors, music was too loud and I could barely hear the receptionist. Oddly, the hotel has another wing next door and I wonder why the check-in counter couldn't be placed there instead since it's so much quieter!

      The hotel is quite small but the decor is very fun and modern. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast is pretty average but still okay. Its located right in the city so there's easy access to many malls. Some of the downsides include the hotel name doesn't shows up in Google Map or Grab so you have to explain the location to your driver. If you order room service like meals or massage, you have to pay right away instead of paying during check out, which is very weird.. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

      Best Deal for Young Adults”

      It is good for young adults without children but the staff were very helpful and friendly with my children. Wifi in my room didn't work very well but over all I enjoyed my stay. The location is very strategic. Easy to find.

      New hotel in the heart of Jakarta”

      Pro : new, clean, comfortable pillow and bed, Dolce Gusto coffee Cons : small room, lack of parking lot, less variety of breakfast menu, no welcome drink Note : when I came to the room, the air con didn't work well, then we were moving to another room. It means that the hotel didn't check and ensure the room equipment is ready to be lived. Also, I booked 2 rooms. In one room, had rain shower, but not had in another room. However, my wife didn't complain about it, but for a new hotel, you must give nice experience to your guests.

      Affordable hotel at the heart of Jakarta”

      I got a bargain price in Agoda, cheaper if compared to any other booking sites. From the price I've paid, the room quality is satisfactory, it is quite spacey and very clean. Twin beds are very comfortable. However, toiletries is only provided for one person, you can request for more in the reception. Also, there are a lot of aspects that can be improved on breakfast section (varieties, taste, service etc).

      Amazing place ”

      Very bad staff and awful breakfast”

      When i checked in in front desk, i show the staff my email of booking hotel from agoda, the room been paid and that guy in front desk was asked my wife to pay again coz he said its not pay yet, the credit card only for guarantee. Coz my wife doesnt know that, she gave him the credit card and thank god i saw it and just asked him to stop and i show him the fully email, the room been paid full. Then he said sorry coz the hotel didnt received the money yet and i took the credit card back. That was crazy, how dare he tried to cheat us. And breakfast was awful. Ill never recomend this hotel to anyone.

      Fantastic value for money ”

      Room quite big for such rate (basic room non refundable about US$35 June 2019). There’s mini fridge and safe (both of which I didn’t use), full toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap) and even nespresso with two capsules. Couldn’t find hair dryer though. Four full fluffy pillows and a medium soft bed. The small sealed window faces the corridor but privacy can be had by drawing the opaque curtains. Was very quiet maybe it’s off season. Cleanliness could’ve better though - there was a straw wrapper on floor next to bed and some brown spots at WC floor. Water current was magnificent but as the shower door did not completely seal at the floor line water overflows to the intended dry floor of the bathroom- an easy fix if they would just construct a threshold transition divider on edge of shower floor.

      booked this property based on superb review in the previous famous Sarinah branch. got a brand new room in next building, too bad we found some dust from construction in the bed. room AC was very hot at first, looks like we’re the first who stayed there and turn on the AC. i was surprised when i found there’s no separated space between SMOKING and NONSMOKING in the breakfast area, which is fully airconditioned next to lobby. sorry to say, not sure if we’ll stay there again :(

      Very Good”

      New building on Jl. Wahid Hasyim. To be honest it's very close to their older hotel behind Sarinah supermarket. Compared to the old one, this new building has a different feeling. It's more like budget hotel, seeing at how their room design is. The 'art' walls and pieces are still there but you know it has more simple and modern design rather than the 'artotel' interior concept that they usually bring. Don't get me wrong, the room is still pretty 'artsy' and comfy. Staying there for a staycation. I like it that it's quiet and not too busy, since it's still new hotel. Breakfast is quite various for a three star hotel. If you want scramble eggs or sunny side up, just ask the waiters. But the food quality need to step up the game. Nonetheless, the price was totally make sense and it's still a lovely getaway. Ugh, and I love they provide coffee maker 'dolce gusto' in each room!

      -No slope in front of the hotel -Two building east and west, got a room on the direction, which receptionist fails to mention, went to the elevator on the wrong side of the building, and when they saw it they don’t say/ word of anything -Loud music on arrival, as the reception is the the the same area with the restaurant, they had loud live music, its so hard to communicate while the band are playing-1st day No hot water in the shower, need to remind them on 2 and day-West wing Lobby no ac, -Room service, try to call them three times their fail to pick it up, 4th call ai leave it on while I Call hotel number to connect to rs and drop the line twice by reception -Breakfast is simple, try to accommodate all type of food but very basic, such only 2. Kind of fruit, there’s dessert cake for breakfast, Additional not been introduced my staff, coffee sachet?       Comfortable and clean”

      Hotel is in a good location. It's a basic room and good enough for a short stay. Loved the eclectic artwork in the rooms. WiFi connection was very bad. The reception is on the same floor as the bar (and no divider). Since we arrived at night, the bar was in full swing. It was not a great check-in experience as people were smoking indoors, music was too loud and I could barely hear the receptionist. Oddly, the hotel has another wing next door and I wonder why the check-in counter couldn't be placed there instead since it's so much quieter!
