Strategically located at downtown CM Recto Ave., Davao City, very close to Marcopolo Hotel Davao.

A hotelier and a real estate professional (Real Estate Broker / Real Estate Appraiser).
Property Rental Management is my passion, i have been doing this for more than 10years, with a 6years background as a hotelier, frontdesk, business center staff, telephone operator, Housekeeping Supervisor at my previous 5-star hotel companies, Marcopolo Hotel and Shangrila Mactan Island.
I will make sure you will have a comfortable stay in our units, we managed several condo units in Davao City, Avida & Alveo condos.
We have personal units as well, but we won't be on the property, We have Rental Supervisors assigned in each Project.

(payment of pool use at AVIDA ADMIN office hours only from 8am to 5pm)
NO ID NO ENTRY (for all adult guests)
Strict Policy of Avida Towers Davao, pls bring photocopy of your ID (all adult guests) upon entry, Original ID shall also be presented for verification purposes.
Check-in anytime from 2pm - 9pm, check-out until 11am only.
Check-in/Check-out, all concerns, thru our Rental Office ONLY, Patrimonio Realty, right across Avida Towers Davao condo in CM Rect Ave.
> Early check-in fees (before standard 2pm Check-in) P200/hr, subject to availability
> past 9pm arrival or late Move-in with small one time surcharge of P200 pesos
> P1,000 refundable Security Deposit is required upon check-in.
NOT available:
a. induction cooker (only use microwave, water percolator, rice cooker, for heating/cooking)
b. ONLY registered guests can enter the premises, visitors are NOT allowed, this is not a hotel, this is a residential condo unit, we welcome you as our Guest!

a) inside Avida overnight SAFE parking @ P350/night (subject to availability, pre-booking required, VERY LIMITED parking SLOTS)
> For a smooth check-in process, pls prio to email id copies of all registered guests to our email, email address provided after confirmation from agoda. The same shall be presented upon check-in.

10/10 We really enjoyed our stay here. It surpasessed all our expectations. The unit owner was very accommodating and even went beyond the normal setting up of the unit to install an Alexa. We were very impressed, it was way better than a hotel! If ever I get the chance to visit Davao again, I would definitely book my stay here.
Super nice place in downtown Davao!”
It's the first time I booked Agoda Homes and it did not disapppoint. Dhines' place was our home away from home in Davao. Host and her team gave detailed instructions so we could check in (esp when we arrived at 3am due to a super delayed flight!) smoothly. The unit is cosy, which we really liked. Location is in Davao's downtown area. Best part, it's just a stone's throw away from Aldevinco, great for last minute pasalubong shopping and Roxas night market for some charcoal ice cream. It's also just a few minutes away by cab from the Bangkerohan Public Market, perfect if you want to buy boxes of pomelo for half a price than the ones sold along Roxas. My siblings and myself had a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again when I come back and will recommend to friends and family.
Great location and worth it”
The place is located near aldevinco shopping center and roxas night market. There are also convenience stores nearby. The unit was very comfortable and clean. There is also voice command that let's you turn on/off the appliances just by using your voice. The owner was also kind and helpful. She even provided us hair dryer, towels and tissue when
