Good for a shorter stay”
Good location, everything else ok, also I stayed in 3 different condos and they had the same layout but equipped totally differently so be aware of this and don't book a long stay before knowing the specific condo.

Fun option ”
Very clean, good kitchen facilities, nice offset view, pool area very pleasant..but only available for a swim an hour a day (your choice of hour). Building is very well maintained. New guard made check-in a little more time consuming. Overall I'd recommend this condo.

This is my 2nd time staying here, I just love the easy check-in process and how the owner coordinated our stay to the staff. The room was well prepped and even provided some complimentary items like drinking water, shampoo, and soap. They were also very accommodating to the request of providing extra bath towels since we were staying for 6 nights. We were able to enjoy the pool and the location is really great too.

The host is very accommodating and the room was prepped more than we expected (towels and toiletries). We were informed of important rules and reminders too. Good value for money.

The place is very accessible almost to all city tourist destination. My husband and i just roam around the city walking. Very near to roxas city night market where you can eat dinner and taste fresh grilled tuna and seaweed salad. Almost all of the passenger jeep passed across the street of the bldg so even you dont hire a cab it will be ok. When it comes to the owner and the unit, the owner is very accomodating and her brother. I called kuya oliver upon our arrival and he instructed us how to go to the place. The unit is very clean, organized and relaxing because you can see the pool when you look out of the window. Wifi is also ok. Will definitely come back here.

Nice, clean, and well-provided except for one - no bidet. Overall, we loved the place. Walking distance to Roxas Night Market. Jeepney to Eden Nature Park is just across the street.
