This is a modern 22.4sqm Studio unit with complete condotel set-up. This is located at Tower 1 20th floor.
Strategically located at downtown CM Recto Ave., Davao City, very close to Marcopolo Hotel Davao.

MAXIMUM FOR STUDIO @AVIDA - 3 PAX only (7yrs & up are included in the counting of total no. of pax), there is an extra P350/pax in excess of 2pax, so kindly book according to the no. of pax coming ———

Check-in anytime from 2pm - 630pm, check-out until 11am only. Can’t cook since there wasn’t stove so find it useless staying in an apartment. Pool was too cold, too so we couldn’t stay long.
