ダウンタウンを歩いて散策出来る便利な立地です。 豪快さは無いですが、値段に見合った快適な滞在が出来ました。 日本のホテルに慣れている方には、シャワーヘッドが固定されている、お湯が出るまで少し時間がかかる、エレベーター無しで全て階段の為スーツケースが重いと大変過ぎる、あたりが不便な点ですが、中心地の割には静かですし、スタッフの方も親切ですので満足な滞在が出来ました。 本当は1週間泊まりたかったんですが、空室が無く2泊の滞在ですが、また泊まりたいです。

Great value for the money!”
I stayed 3 nights at the Barclay Hotel in Vancouver, BC and it was a great experience. My room was upgraded (not at my request). Instead of have one double bed there were two. I had a full bathtub, which was a wonderful treat after traveling all day. The room was neat and clean with nice linens. Minimal in design, but more than sufficient for my needs. And it was in downtown Vancouver, a stone's throw from restaurants, bars, coffee shop and the University of British Columbia. A ten minute's walk to Coal Harbor and Devonian Harbor Park with a gorgous views of the mountains. All this for $45/day! My bill with tax and fees for three nights came to 160.98. You can't beat this value for the price!

Excellent ”
This was an inexpensive, basic hotel. No frills or extras. It was clean and cozy. Bathrooms are pretty small but have with everything you need. If you’re on a budget but want to stay right downtown off Robson street - this is a great hotel. BONUS: they said there was no parking but when we arrived, they offered on site parking options! Will stay here again. Thanks!

Overall great experience fast wifi and private bathroom”
I arrived at Barclay very early with heavy luggage and the staff was kind enough to let me get into a room before the check-in time. I really appreciate it! Bathroom was clean and comfortable. Cons: no elevators, you can hear footsteps from upstairs and noises from being downtown. But overall, it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful site,great location, with decor appealing to more " vintage" travellers! Accommodated my request for ground floor room, but entry was a challenge due to number of steps. Great value, comfort, accommodation exactly as described. Great choice!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Barclay Hotel! Went for the cheapest option near downtown and ended up in a really unique, clean and accessible place. Lots of parking nearby and a close walk (15min) to the Vogue theatre. Definitely going back in the future!

Great place for a comfortable night's sleep”
We were in Vancouver to take a cruise and needed to stay in the city for one night. The Barclay Hotel is very close to the cruise terminal and also close to the Sky Train. We had a small...but very clean room with a private bathroom. There was a small fridge in the room. There were places to eat in the neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. We took a taxi to the cruise terminal in the morning for about $8. (US currency). It would also have been fine to stay there if we had had a few days to explore the city.

Clean and affordable ”
More than I expected Clean room Cozy bathroom with lots of clean towels,shower gel shampoo and conditioner numerous soap bars Hot water and bed with comfortable matress. The staff are really helpful and cheerful

Amazing hotel, very clean and great downtown location”
The only negative for us was how much sound carried through from the hallway into the room. I'd highly recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

The price may make you think of run down 'historic' building but the oversized hallways, select marble flooring, chandeliers, & staff, provide an easy comfort stay. Spotless.

As we pulled up to the hotel in our taxi, both my husband and I were unsure of what we were getting into...the outside looks a bit shady. But we were very pleasantly surprised with the staff and how accommodating they were as well as how comfy, clean and quiet our room was. Even though we were above an arcade/pub, we didn't hear or see any ruckus. We walked to and around Stanley Park from The Barclay and there were several restaurants and convenience stores on the street of the hotel. We highly recommend this place for families traveling on a budget who wish to be close to the Beauty of Vancouver.
