シャワーの湯の温度が日によって違う。ぬるいとリクエストすると熱くなるが、次の日は水シャワー。いつでも熱い湯のシャワーが浴びられるようにして欲しい。アメニティーについても日により違う。３泊居て、フェイスタオルがない日が２日、シャンプーのない日が１日、２人部屋なのにバスタオルが１枚しかない日が２日。均一に正しいサービスをお願いします。

awful management and unclean place”

The room getting wet due to water dripping, they dont abt the booking when we reached. suddenly normal water got very hot, have to be careful, room was stinky and the floor carpets are not cleaned as vacume cleaner is broken. staff confirmed its broken. lots of hair of past visitors and other dirt are on floor. The pool is not cleaned for weeks. They machine is broken again. The staff is helpless it seems. The management is ruining a nice location of sri lanka.

Smile is not ther when you arrive at Bin Vino and the location is hard to find, even more by night as you have to take very "natural" roads. But the location is great and food is good...unfortunately, impossible to get hot water and the weather was bad...

situated in a lovely place with natural beauty. the management should be improved with the service and the facilities. hotel is lovely and gave us an unforgettable memories in our honey moon..

Big spacious room with beautiful views”

though this hotel was a little farther out then expected, it was well worth the drive all the way in as it was a jewel. the views were breathtaking. the shower was small and had no hangers.

Great view but hotel leaves much to be desired”

It took us quite a while to find the hotel, our driver even had to pick up a friend that lived in Kandy so he could help us but that idea didn’t really work so well and we still spend an hour looking and asking people for directions, but the location was worth the hassle. The hotel is located right on top of a mountain somewhere between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya so all of the hotel rooms have panoramic windows with great views, but the condition of the hotel does leave too much to be desired. It feels like last time they decorated it was last century sometime in the middle of seventies. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. In the middle of our first night we woke up from a terrible noise that felt like an earthquake which turned out to be our marble sink that simply fell into pieces for no particular reason apart from being too old. I don’t think I need to continue my description of the hotel’s facilities after that. But if you do decide to stay there don’t do it for more than one night if you aren’t really into meditation, everything is kinda far and there is really absolutely nothing to do there (can’t even get drunk no alcohol license).

We where disappointed about the hotel setups and poor rooms from the point of: - Furnitures - Plankets and others -Poor cleaness and carpets - Bath room doesn't match our expecations - Poor paints and carpets for the building -Dining - Lack of visitors

風景迷人的酒店”

風景相當迷人,房間亦很寬敞,但維修保養都需要注意,交通方面就很令人煩惱,因為酒店位處山頂上,而沒有公共交通連接;出入要召的士,夜歸的話更令人擔心,而酒店設施都應有增善的必要。

Het leek tevoren al mooi, maar de werkelijkheid overtrof alles. En dat voor een redelijke prijs. En vlakbij Kandy en andere bezienswaardigheden.

احسن مكان للسترخاء حيث الهدواء بعيدا عن صخب الحياة واصوات السيارات .اقمت فيه عدة ايام حيث الراحة الفندق علي مرتع راس التل تعانق السحاب الموقع جميل وطاقم العمل طيبين ودودين لكن المطعم عادي وليس هناك تعدد في الاصناف كما ان الطريق المودي الي الفندق متعب نوعا ما كما لايوجد صاله رياضيه لكنه علي العموم ممتع واذا قدر لي العودة مرة ثانية ساقوم بزيارة هذا الفندق

الصراحة الموقع روووعه وساحر وهاديء وجميع اطلالات الغرف رائعه بحيث ان الفندق صاير ابروحه فوق الجبل وحوالينك غابات وطيور وطبيعه ومن ناحية النظافه لا بأس فيها والطعاك ما عجبنا شي لان الاكل غريب اشوي علينا بس الفندق حلو ويستاهل اتزورونه
