Excellent hotel”
The manager Fe was brilliant she informed me of the rewards card and also help with my spa booking. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Also it was my husbands birthday while we were staying in the hotel and they arrange to have a birthday cake put in our room which was a really nice thing to do. We have travelled all over the world and have never had this done before. Hotel is very clean and the pool area and spa are really nice.

I always use this hotel if and when in Pattaya. Its ideally situated 5/7 mins from all main attractions, shopping districts, beach, supermarkets and nightlife. Plus it manages to keep peace and tranquility in the location it is in, so you can relax easily by the pool.

I don't stay in expensive hotels, but this felt like an expensive hotel. The reviews of other Centara had been good, so perhaps it is the group that has got things right. This is my first Centara, and I am happy to recommend it. 10/10. Don't worry about location, it is central. But ask for Pattaya Klang, soi 12. Not Central Road Soi 12, because you may go to Central Mall, when the driver hears "Central".! This Is Thailand. I took the bus from BKK, and motorbike + 2 cases to hotel. Well trained attentive friendly staff. They noticed what was going on, and were responsive if needed. ( I have stayed in hotels where staff just do not see you. - not here tho'.) Luxury spa, for a treat. The food was delicious, and equal to any outside, for flavour and price. But of course I also ate out. Good security, joiner friendly. I'll come again.

Luxurious hotel and a good value”
The entire hotel is very well designed, from the lobby to the rooms. The balconies are spacious and have furniture, overlooking the pool area...and the pool is large and clean, like the rest of the property. There is also a nice gym. You can walk to the beach, if you like to walk, or there is a free shuttle. Highly recommended.

Great Pool. Wifi worked well. Great Bed. Very good Gym for my needs. Bathroom is very well appointed but the layout is not well thought out. Even so, everything worked fine. As I like to have my own food, a refrigerator with an ice box would have been more to my liking. But for the price, outstanding. Staff extremely friendly.

We would definitely return to this hotel. The staff surprised us with a cake for our honeymoon which was nice and the staff were amazing. The hotel is older and renovations will be needed soon.

One thing that I expected from the hotel during the coronavirus situation is the cleanliness and we are so impressed with the way they handled each client. We were so happy with it here at Centara Nova Hotel. The hotel itself is old in our opinion. we stayed at 704 and the door was a bit too heavy to control. I had to ask my partner to open the door for me a few time. The staffs here were very kind to us, from front desk to housekeeping. I would definitely come back again.

Beautiful Rooms & Great Staff”
Stayed here for my 1st Marriage Anniversary, 3-6 January 2020. Was received at the reception by 'Mon' who was one of the best attendants with rather great english and a very polite attitude towards everything. Though we had to wait for a while to get out room since we were early, but no such other complaints apart from that. The property is beautiful in nature and near alot of attractions as well.

We had pool access view and it was convenient. We keep on extending our stay as staffs are also good. The problem is they only have one person in the pool bar which we have to wait for our order after accommodating others and entertain us. Pool needs also to be clean. But overall, it was a good place to stay and highly recommended.

For me the staff were great, especially the girl (sorry forgot names) who checked me in so welcoming and a big thank you to the guy who helped me with my tech problems, so helpful even when I was a bit grumpy. A previous guest reviewer said it before the hotel is nice, but some of the guests not so nice, something to be aware of. I obviously don't want to single out any particular nationality but there was one which in 2 seperate unrelated incidents treated the staff with utter contempt (unacceptable in my book) and openly boasted about their prowess. The hotel is well designed, nice pool and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. I would advise being careful of the shuttle bus, it was supposed to take me to the Central mall but dropped me a bit short, might just have been that driver, that day. Location has pro and cons, not everything is right on your doorstep but that does make it quieter.
