素晴らしいホテル。非常に快適で親切なスタッフ。午後のティーを楽しみました。朝食も素晴らしかったです。残念ながら、私たちはデラックスジャグジースイート(プライベートガーデンにあるジャグジー)ではなく、ダブルデラックスルームに案内されました。予約エージェンシーは、より高グレードの部屋のために私たちからお金を取ったのに、私たちをダブルデラックスに格下げしました(私たちが支払ったものに比べてずっと小さく、施設も少ない)。これについて受付に対処したところ、すぐに予約文書を印刷してくれました。エージェンシーはジャグジールームを予約することさえ試みておらず、私たちに知らせることもなく格下げしただけだったのです(しかし、私たちが支払った全額は取ったままでした)。 その結果、160ドルの返金を整理するために3日間、相当なエネルギーを無駄にしました。30日以内に返金すると約束されました。しかし、40日後、まだ返金はありませんでした……システムは私のケースが解決され、現在はクローズされたと表示していました!! AIとカスタマーサービスのスタッフと6時間話し合って無駄にした後、更に10日後にやっと返金を受け取りました(私はもう返金を受け取らなければ追いかけないと決めていたので、驚きました)。今では、いつもエージェントを通じて予約し、翌日に宿泊施設に連絡して私たちが希望した部屋が利用できるか確認しています。 素晴らしいホテル。素敵なスタッフ。
