ロケーション＝Mall of Africaの真ん前、外国人でも乗れる安全な電車Gautrainの駅も徒歩圏内。サントン、空港は車で30分圏内。スタッフ＝とてもフレンドリーで陽気です、但し忘れっぽいので依頼は入念な確認が必要。水回り＝シャワー水圧OK、部屋によってバスタブの有無あり。 喫煙部屋＝事前リクエストしておけばOKでした。 部屋＝小さいですが毎日きれいにしてくれています。ボトルウォーターはついてきません。 朝食＝頼んでません。 但しフリーのコーヒーとビスケットがロビーにあります。

Good Location & Worth the stay.”
The Hotel was very good, the breakfast and food variety is good and tasty. Its 30 Mins away from the airport and the Gallagher Convention Centre. Its 7mins walk to the Mall of Africa and 4mins by Cab. the Hotel has a shuttle service to the Mall and you could even book a personal cab to see around. The Hotel has all the information and tour information of things to do around. Overall the experience was really good. The Hotel is good for family, solo travelers and business trips as well.

Great stay for business”
Hi There, Hotel is placed well. Close to Mall of Africa and surrounding areas. I worked from the hotel room for 3 days. The wifi was effective. The restaurant had a decent variety on the Menu. The breakfast was well protected in these covid times. Each part was prepacked and you could eat as much as you like. I would suggest to make this standard to reduce waste. An added plus was that the hotel room had a decent size balcony which is rare in standard hotels these.

I would like to compliment the General Manager Cindy Ferreira for being hands on and highly observant to what's going on the hotel floor. I had an emergency that needed me to connect to an urgent work meeting on a Covid related matter and she offered me a temporal space for privacy. For me, this was outstanding service. Keep it up

Hotel is homely and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Only problem i had was with noise at night. Choose a room facing mall of Africa and higher floor levels.

I was surprised to find out that the hotel was 3 star rated. Competes very well with higher rated hotels. Rooms are a fair size with good layout with desk etc. for work. Also situated in a safe area close to Mall of Africa.

On thursday during the day i was sleeping at around 16:00 someone knoked on my door i opened it was the manger of cleaning asked if my room was cleaned i said yes next minute i hear her shouting and cursing the cleaning staff in hallway very unprofessional to do that where customers can hear you

Housekeeping entered our room without knocking and without annoucing herself And we found a beer can hidden under the duvet of the bed! Very bad experience!

Aircon don’t work, few lights were working, food choice very limited. Apart from that Receptionist and Waitres very arrogant and rude. I have instructed my entire staff to use alternate accommodations.

Disappointing”
I frequently stay with the group and book the City Lodge particularly for a reason, I know what I get, but this time I was surprised to arrive and promptly get walk to the "lower" specked Town Lodge. The reason given was that my reservation came through late and by that time they were fully booked. This I can understand, however, if you have my number why don't you call and say that you have a problem and make suggestions as to alternatives as paid for. Give me the option. Thank you for the staff at the Town lodge for understanding my reasoning and offering to find a room at the City Lodge on Kathrine, which I have stayed with before and would have been more than willing to go to, had Waterfall given me the option. Don't walk me to an alternative "lower" grade and say "they have the same service" when asked why I was given no option but to take a lower grade at higher at the same rate.
