部屋が広く豪華でした”

バンコクへの出張時に滞在。チェックインは正面玄関から入って、奥のエレベーターの間を通った先にあります。（入ってすぐ左にあるフロントはレジデンスではない方のチェックインカウンター） 部屋は一人で滞在するにはもったいない程広く、また綺麗に整備されていました。 また、朝食は普段使っている３つ星ホテルとは違って、メニューが豊富で食べ過ぎてしまうほど。 ホテル自体に関しては、特に注文はありませんが、ホテルの前の道は１６時以降は非常に混雑するので、要注意です。

高級ホテルに見合うサービスや設備に満足”

ホテルの中に入れば、大渋滞の道路などの喧騒を忘れ、快適に過ごすことができました。部屋はとても広く豪華で素晴らしかったです。コンシェルジュに聞いたホテルから歩いてすぐのタイ・ローカルフードのレストランは、おしゃれでかつ味もサービスも素晴らしく、コストパフォーマンスに優れて、ナイトライフを満喫できました。

中長期滞在にはよい”

中・長期滞在には非常によい。Conradのサービスと同等のサービスが、より安価に受けられる。隣にはAllSeasonsPlaceがありTop'sなどが入っており便利。交通は、Prunchitまでがんばれば歩ける距離。毎日だと面倒だが、ホテル前からタクシーを利用しなくても、裏のRuamrudiiから、バイタク10バーツでPrunchit駅まで行ける。帰りも同様、駅下から10バーツ。

高級ホテルでした”

値段と場所で選びましたが、値段以上に高級でしたが、Wi-Fi環境がイマイチで部屋では使えずロビーで使用しましたがパスワードが一日更新なのが面倒でした。部屋でのネット使用はノートパソコン（有線使用）が必要だと思います。 部屋は申し分なく広くホテルの内装に合わせたアジアンチックな部屋で素敵でした。 シャワーのお湯の出はまあまあです。 接客は良く日本人スタッフが居たので安心しました。　 値段次第ではまた利用したいホテルのひとつです。

値段の割にはいい部屋”

駅からは遠かったので歩きだとしんどいですが、バイクタクシーなど使うと便利。タクシーもよくつかまるので渋滞さえ回避できればいいロケーション。どこに行くにも便利でした。部屋もきれいでコストパフォーマンスがいいと思います。また滞在したいと思います。

ルームサービスが最悪”

深夜に到着し小腹が減ったのでルームサービスでピザを注文した。部屋のメニューには「ピザメニューをご覧下さい」と書いてあるが、どこにもない。電話をすると「トッピングを承ります」とのことで、ピザメニューは結局なかった。電話対応した男性は何故か息を切らしながらすぐに電話を切ろうとするので、トッピングを何度も確認させた。しかしトッピングが案の定、注文通りではなかった。部屋に運んできた男性は息を切らして電話対応した男性で、クレームを言うと謝りもせず、終いには不満げに何も言わずドアを勢いよくバタンと閉めていく始末。これがコンラッド系列かと怒りを越えて驚きだった。

Overall the residence feels and looks old. Bathsink doesnt flow well, smell from old furniture and carpet, not enough sunlight/dark tone of old establishment needs a renovation, however the service was great.

Suitable for long stay”

Hotel is newer and luxurious, the residences are a bit older and have an odor (old furniture, carpet stains, bathrooms are outdated, sink does not flow properly). Overall decent for long term stay for the value, but next time i would prefer to stay at the hotel.

quiet ideal location”

I chose the Conrad because it was close to the conference I was attending. Very quiet, clean and well equipped. Perfect for anyone wanting a central location. Great pool too!

Good option if your looking for an apartment like option instead of hotel room”

We chose the Conrad due to location and apartments style accommodations. It is located within walking distance of shopping and Lumpini park. It is a distance from the BTS, so expect a sweaty walk if you plan to use the rail as your main means of transportation. We used taxis which for 3 people was cheaper than the rail. If you like to walk then the location is perfect to walk to the larger high end malls. The traffic jams in the area are not ideal for travel in the area by car. The Residence at the Conrad did appear older. The carpet was stained but overall the unit was clean. They have daily house keeping for the residences and have the unit stocked with basic plates and utensils. You will have to purchase your own dish washing soap. There was a washing machine in unit but no dryer. There was a hotel dryer on our floor that they allowed us to use. The biggest con were the large dead roaches we would find in the room and the hallway. We encountered 5 on our 5 day stay. I am not sure if this is a normal occurrence for a residence in the area and climate but they were HUGE and looked like they had been poisoned and in the process of dying. There were announcement in the hotels tv channel that they were treating pests so hopefully it is only an intermittent problem. The hotel pool is beautiful and larger than most in the area. The hotel is attached to an office building with a grocery store and Starbucks so you don’t have to go outside if you need items for your stay. The breakfast we bought with our stay had many options and was open until 1030 so we would use it as brunch. The staff was excellent similar to any higher priced hotel that you would book in Thailand.

Don't be fooled by the Conrad brand”

I travel often to Bangkok for business. And I usually stay for 10-14days around Sukhumvit area, including where Conrad is located. I usually do not make negative reviews, but I felt sharing honest opinions should make others avoid feeling bad about staying in overrated hotels. 1st day of check in, person who took care of my check in was not that friendly , no greetings whatsoever. I felt as though I was "not welcomed at this hotel". So my 1st day here was not a pleasant day. Room was musty when I entered the room and I assume the room was not ventilated for awhile. I reminded them 2 days in a row regarding no hot water running from the shower. 3rd day I took a morning shower and it was still not fixed ! Room was One bedroom deluxe suite, 12th floor and view is not what I expected. In front is facing the CRC Tower building. Overall, for the amount of money I paid for 10 days, I would most likely not stay here again.

Excellent Hotel”

Attended a party in the ballroom. The hotel did a wonderful job. The staff was friendly the rooms were excellent and well appointed.

THUMBS DOWN ”

We were never greeted or eye-contacted with the unpolite receptionist when we stepped in. Her unprofessional, unhelpful and mostly race discrimination made us never wanna stay at this hotel again. The hotel record showed our booking with 1 bedroom suite instead of 2 had already shocked us. She then charged us US$50 extra per night per person with nothing provided, not even a towel! It was such a pain already especially when you have 3 kids around. She didn't even let us go to our room which we have fully paid unless we make the deposit for the extra people first ! ! This is the most ridiculous thing we have ever heard! Luckily the hotel manager offered us reasonable charge for upgrading our room and a dish of chocolates with apology was sent to our room at night. BUT when we check out, the rude receptionist pointed at us and talked behind us to her colleagues made us felt 100% offended and scared our kids poorly! Our whole trip was ruined by this poor receptionist and couldn't believed a world known famous 5 stars hotel will hire such a rude person.
