Since I was on official tour I need copy of invoice towards my stay which they have denied. ”
I kept following for invoice copy which was clearly denied by reception staff whatever invoice shared by accouts team after many follow up is without mentioning my gst no and no revert on it. Worst experience. Never expected from country in. Also bad experiences with agoa because they are also not responding. Shared invoice copy in dollar which can't be claimed. Its 17700 loss to me since I couldn't claim that amount.
It’s good hotel but at the moment it’s in a pathetic condition ”
Due to dampness the walls and the colour is in mess damp smell everywhere The staff is good and even the restaurant but room that I stayed I wasn’t happy. In fact I had rented the banquet and even there dampness and dirty carpet

The hotel must do something about the moisture/condensation in the rooms. Food was good though.

Not Recommended.... Property looks old.. ..carpets in floor lobby looks shabby.. not as per pics.. Standard rooms come with big column as default & obstruct view.. Poor maintenance... don’t look like 4 star property..

Front office takes too long time for chekin . Also rooms are not ready for long time . We had booked kingsize bed but on arrival given two separate bed & only after agin coming down to reception & complain they shifted to new room . Not expected from Reddison Property

Needs face lift. The one of lift needs to be changed or repaired Not working properly. Cannot even carry 3 persons. That bad.

1. About internet, one user name just can connect 1 device...... which is not accepted. In current life, everybody has two devices at least. 2. Please change all broken things in the room like old mirror.\ 3. The smell is strange. 4. Room and bath room size.

One star hotel”
It was bad and pathetic.4 stars is overrated.It should be one star.The staff was not wearing shoes properly.My room sofa had burnt marks.The bathroom was very small and claustrophobic with bathtub have open spaces.The food was very spicy.infact we can get better food on street thn country inn.Felt pathetic after staying.The stay was disappointing.My advice don't stay in country inn even if it is complementary.

A bit difficult to find thsi hotel for walking travelers however, thanks to Google map and navigation, everybody can reach here. Night time out side walk is not recommended. Also Other than Bus terminal and city No.1 bakery shop near by, there is nothing around the hotel. No foreigner restaurant and bars. Good for mainly business.
RATS in the room”
Day 1 - we get the room and it wasn't cleaned properly. The bathtub had stains. The toilet roll was half used and no extra roll given. We went out in the evening and when returned found our clothes with holes in them because there was a RAT in the room. Day 2 - we were shifted from a suite to a smaller room in the night after the RAT problem. The room looked clean but there the mini fridge given was spoilt and by the time we woke up in the morning the fridge was leaking and there was water all over the floor Day 3 - We were shifted into a suite on a lower floor and the Manager assured us that the room has been triple checked and that we won't have any further issues but guess what it still continues. The air conditioner in the room when switched on blew rust out of the went on the dining table. Luckily we had finished eating when it fell on the plate. I have stayed in many hotels over the years in Goa as I come almost every other month and this hotel has been by far the worst stay EVER and I wouldn't recommend this piece of shit of a hotel to anyone ever. No matter how much they apologise but bad rooms and RATS can't be covered with decent service or apologies. Shilpi was the only one who was bothered to help us. The other guys at the front desk couldn't care any less.

It was a very pleasant stay. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The only cons is that the facilities are often closed although it is supposed to be the opening hour.
Room to improve”
This hotel is less than a year old and we found quite a few faults on our first day. Firstly the Wifi was difficult to get into and when we could get in, often lost the connection. The bathroom floor was wet and the shower head flopped loosely. We didn't appreciate the pillar almost in the middle of the room. That said we found the staff friendly and eager to please. The Wifi was sorted out to the point of almost reliable which was OK with us. The floor was dried out but there is a design fault with the shower screen so the floor flooded again. Reported, someone came again to dry out the floor. The shower head was repaired. The restaurant and pool staff did all they could to please. The hotel has room to improve with better systems and staff training. Overall we appreciated our stay despite the issues mentioned.

We booked for two days, later extended for another two days. Service was excellent. Friendly and polite staff. Would recommend for any one.
