工事中とのレターが置いてあり時間が記載されていたが、それ以外の時間も騒音を発しながら作業を行っていた。フロントへ苦情を伝えたが特に変化はなかった。

不快1:夜7時にチェックインするもフロントに1人しかおらず、チェックインに30分かかった。 不快2:朝食付きで予約していたものの、朝食は有料とのコメント 不快3:部屋に入るとベッドメーキングはされているものの、ゴミ箱は前の客のゴミが残ったまま。 部屋は綺麗だけど、それだけ。正直不快でした。

Great Experience, Highly Recommended”
Had a great experience here. In my opinion this is the hotel to choose if you are planning on staying in Phuket Town. The service was excellent, from checking in and out at the reception to all the staff at the eateries. The room was also very clean, you can tell that the hotel was just recently renovated. The room we got had a great view of the ocean, Big Buddha, and the town. The breakfast was great too. A good mix of local and international food. I would also recommend a visit to their lounge on the first floor, great atmosphere at night with live music. They have an interesting selection of drinks and the food is good too. They do also have luggage storage available, and we were able to keep it at the hotel so we could walk around town while waiting to check in and after checking out. They also immediately entertained our request to check out slightly later at 1pm instead of the usual 12 noon. All in all, I’m very happy I chose to stay here for my trip, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beds like clouds”
This hotel is modern and clean with everything you need. The beds are so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from. All staff were very professional and friendly, with special mention to Jane at the pool bar - lovely lady!

Everything is beyond our expectation. The food is great. The room is clean. Staff are friendly. But what we like the most is the parking area. Majority of the hotels in the city doesn’t have private parking area. We’ll definitely stay at Courtyard again if we’re in Phuket!

Best place to stay in phuket town”
close to all the good food (walking distance 8-15mins depending on where you are going). The bed here is one of the most comfortable beds ive slept in. The breakfast is top tier too.

Great Stay during our Phuket Trip 2022.”
Hotel is newly renovated. Clean, big, reasonable price, great locations near Phuket old town and the staff was friendly to tell us a few restaurants to try. A one michelin star Thai restaurant: Raya is nearby too. We drove there by car. 5-6 mins drive. A must try. Overall, A great hotel for couple, family and children as well. The ladies will like the Hotel room washroom too.
