perfect basic budget hotel”
this place is a perfect budget stay hotel at the heart of Davao City proper. you get much of your moneys worth. just expect basic facilities, nothing fancy. the room was spacious and the place is near to public transportation and eateries.

Surprisingly Great”
I did not expect it to be that great with the dirt cheap price. Clean and cool room with Cable Channels, comfortable bed with clean linens, hot and cold shower, water dispenser (refill) at the lobby and complimentary simple breakfast. Front desk lady Jenny was very kind as she answered my queries about the directions for places to go.

Accommodating”
Since there was overbooking in their website, i was not able to book another room for my family. Therefore, i ask if can pay for the supplements since the room allows only 3 person max. So I paid for the other 2 person. They said they will provide extra bed but the room cannot accommodate the extra bed anymore. So we just mixed the 2 beds ( double and single bed). for 4 adult and 1 child. I recommend they would put lock to the bed’s wheels as it was moving apart when we used it. Also water pressure is one problem that would take time for each user. Also,loud noises can be heared

Close to the city center. Room is quiet. But in the lobby there are some students talking loud mostly the whole day and even in the evening. No water pressure in the sink so you cannot wash your hands. Need to wash in the shower. Shower has problem with hot water and staff couldn't fix it within more than 2 weeks.

We were not informed beforehand that it is a shared room. If we wanted a separate room then we'd have to pay additional money. The light in the bathroom is defective and the water heater for the shower wasn't exactly working.

Cheap hotel but not quite Ok.”
Room booked : Twin Room (2nd floor) Pros : 1. Cheap price , 2. good room space, 3. great location free water Cons: 1. Room is not noise proof. Side Walls are made of plywood so you can actually hear conversations of occupants from the next room. Guests steps going up and down from the stairs can be heard. the noise from the counter (conversations of staff, and things going on downstairs can be heard from the 1st floor) . 2. There's no bathroom inside so you have to go out and carry your room keys with you so you can use an exclusive bathroom adjacent to your room. 3. No hot shower. just plain cold water. if the management can only control the noise by reminding guests to abide by hotel rules and follow " silent hours" as well as remind the staff at the counter on night shift to also be disciplined with their loud conversation, then i think i will reconsider to visit again this hotel. i really regret staying in this hotel for two nights... i didnt have good night rest
