古い建物で内装なども大分痛んでいたが、きちんと掃除は行き届き不快感は一切なかった。ジムが充実していたのがうれしかったのと、スタッフの対応は非常によかった。どなたかのレビューにも書かれていたが到着日が日曜日で結婚式の披露宴がおこなわれており、騒音がひどかった。日中だったので助かったが、夜だったら寝られなかっただろう。

レストランのウェイターはよく気がつく”

１日目、ウェディングパーティがあり、とてもやかましくうるさい音楽がいつまでも続いて眠れなかった。やっと１１時過ぎ終わりほっとした。

一度部屋の電気がおちた。どうやらカメラのバッテリーのチャージが原因だったらしい。。フロントに電話したらすぐに対処してくれた。 冷蔵庫もフロントに言って鍵を開けてもらうタイプらしい。 ホテルにアーユルヴェーダ施設も併設されている。フットマッサージしかしなかったが、30分 ルピー（ 円程度）でなかなか満足しました。 朝食もなかなか充実している。パパイヤジュースにミルクをミックスして、オリジナルでパパイヤミルクを作ってたら、「それ、イイね！」とウエイターさんに言われた。 バスタブはあるし、洗面所は広い。 シティセンターからはちょっと遠い。

The hotel is located at a crossroads to the mountain and terrible disturbance of the sounds of trucks and buses and car horns especially for the rooms overlooking the road and the great catastrophe that the windows' non-soundproof windows were a disastrous sleep experience

Nice hospitality”

The hotel was very good. Staff also really good. This is not a complain however, it is good to have better internet connection.

This place is a dump! I want my money back agods!!!! Put us in wrong room then did not want to change us. Like going back in time decor hasn't changed from 70s. Breakfast couldn't even look at it let alone eat it. Staff unhelpful Really poor hotel only worth £3 a note!!!! I want my money back! Booked two nights stayed less than 12hrs...

Have stayed here a number of times well looked after. Busy updating the rooms many improvements rooms looking far more modern. Staff very helpful laundry service really good. Easy walk to town but do go round the top if lake much shorter. We will be back next year

Hotel is a bit run down but you get what you pay for. Room was not cleaned every day. Reception staff made us welcome. Of the wash rooms/toilets in the bar area all were clean but only one had soap.

disappointed & restless night with bed dugs”

i was shocked & disappointed , i checked-in @ 14.00 , my room was not ready ,simply due to poor communication among the hotel staff i been asked to change my room twice.then i was end up in half done room . door look was broken ,no tea/coffee facilities , broken phone , no wifi connection and last not lees bed dugs ....been a hosteler for last 12 years ,work ,travel & stayed more than 8 country's sadly this was my worst ever experience....

This was the worst place we stayed at in Sri Lanka and I would never go back. Location ok, bit of a walk to the main attractions. Pool nice, although only gets the sun in the morning and is open to the public, so it's full of none hotel guests, hideous, no way could you relax here! We sat there for an hour max, shame as this was one of the reasons why we booked it. And as for the gym, well!!! Again open to the public so full of grunting none hotel guests and no A/C, it was so unbearable in there. Don't book this hotel if you are wanting to use the gym, it's un usable. We so had a cockroach in our room, no one seemed bothered, I guess the place is riddled. We were looking forward to using the rooftop bar again, closed for private function. All breakfast was left out buffet style and uncovered so teeming with flies, absolutely disgusting! And to put the icing on this god awful hotel I fell down the stairs as they had been mopped so were super slippy and there was no sign! The staff were not in the least bit bothered about the troubles we had. Don't stay here, it's trying to be something it is not and is all round horrible.

Hotel cool, they have pool and Spa at the 31USD amazing, At 31USD by staying with them you can spend the balance money for site seeing with comfortable and safe stay
