新しい素敵な。フロントフロアのロビーでのシンガーがとても良い雰囲気を醸し出していました。フロントスタッフもとても感じが良い。朝食も美味しかった。休業中のマルコポーロ以上。

セキュリティがかなりしっかりしていて出入り時は荷物の透視チェック。部屋は綺麗ですがスリッパとバスタブ、バスローブはありません。アメニティは五つ星としては無名ブランドで物足りないですが髭剃り以外揃っています。シャワーは水量不足気味で目一杯の高温でややぬるい程度で不満。3泊ですが部屋にゴキブリの死骸がずっと放置。目立つ場所ですがバキュームはしてないんでしょうね。まあ施設が新しいし綺麗なのでプロモ価格なら次もありかもです。チェックインの際のデポジットはカード不可の現金で3泊6000ペソ必要でした。朝食はブッフェでバリエーションがありそこそこ食べられますが、ジュースは市販品をドボドボ補充って感じを言えば想像して頂けるレベルです。スタッフの愛想は良いですし制服もきっちりしています。

段取りが悪すぎます。沢山スタッフがいるにも関わらずカウンターは長蛇の列。 フロントに電話しても連日一時間繋がらない始末。ホテルとして機能してません。

スタッフは 喋ってゲラゲラ 笑ってるし タクシーを 予約しても 用意してないし もっと 教育するべき。 マルコポーロ が 無くなったのが 残念でならない。このホテルには もう行かない。

場所以外はほぼ完璧”
価格のわりに部屋は広いし、設備も豪華。 朝食も種類豊富でどれも美味しい。 惜しむらくはロケーション。 ダバオ市内からタクシーで20〜30分かかる。 そのぶん空港には近くタクシーで約15分。 ま、このクオリティで場所が良かったらこの価格では泊まれないわけだから仕方ない。

とにかくホテル自体も部屋もステータス性があって、ここに泊まると言う満足度が高い。空港やモールなどへのロケーションもまあまあ。ホテルの周りにはファーストフードがいっぱい。プールもサイコー。朝食が付いてる付いてないでちょっと揉めたけど、agodaに連絡してすぐ解決。ビュッフェも美味しかった。マルコポーロがどのように復活してるかに依るが、ダバオでの常宿にする可能性が高い。お勧めです。

もうダバオはここ一択”
空港から近いし、SMなどのモールもそこそこの近さでOK。ホテルの周りにファーストフードもいっぱい。建物も立派でここに泊まるんだと言う満足度も満たしてくれるし、部屋はそんなに広くはないけどすごくきれいでトイレが大きくてビックリ。これからはダバオでは常宿します。ただ、朝食付きのプランなのに違うと言われagodaに連絡してことなきを得ましたが、そのときのagodaのスタッフさんの対応のホテルのスタッフの対応も良かったです。

You have excellent customer service from your main entrance security to your front desk, room service, and restaurant employees. They are pleasant and kind. Your food is great too. But not that much choices during our buffet breakfast maybe due to the pandemic. The room is clean, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. One thing though that i would want you to improve on is the swimming pool. We took underwater video shots and the water and the swimming pool floor was not that clean. Over all i’m just happy you guys opened, my husband and i enjoyed our mini vacation. 🙂

The hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable. They go an extra mile to make sure that you will enjoy the stay. The lap pool is sparking clean and beautifully designed. The food spread in the buffet table is really delicious. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Definitely a luxurious stay!

WORTH THE STAY”
This hotel definitely lives up to it’s 5-star rating. Never had any problems while staying at this establishment. From check-in to check-out, the services are awesome and the staffs are very warm and welcoming. I have been to different hotels in the vicinity but this one has a modern touch which sets it apart from the others. Special shoutout to Reuel Isip who is very helpful and made our stay worth it. Food is very good also despite the limits that the pandemic imposes. Do not hesitate to book at this hotel. Definitely worth every penny you spend. 👍🏻

The place is beautiful. The room is clean and new. So far all the staffs are awesome. From the security guards, concierge, front desk, restaurant attendants atc. They are so hospital and they assist us pretty well.. kuddos Dusit Thani Davao!!! Will visit again soon...

Great New Hotel”
This one will not disappoint because it's new, complete facilities (including a great big pool). The room is spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is good. If you need a taxi, you just ask the staff to get you one and it will arrive shortly. Great staff, excellent service.

Best hotel in Davao!!”
I’m so thankful that the Marco Polo closed so that I needed to look for another hotel to stay in when in Davao. The Dusit is a spectacular property, with an amazing staff, excellent food, terrific workout facilities and the spa had the best massages I’ve ever had! The bed was very comfortable & the rain head shower was amazing...phenomenal water pressure! I was also amazed that they put fresh sheets on the bed every single day. Bottom line is that this will always be my first choice of hotels to stay in when I’m in Davao. I’m a Diamond with Hilton and an Ambassador with Bonvoy-Marriott, but this experience was so exceptional that I’ll be looking at staying at Dusit properties first anytime I’m in a city where they have hotels.

Always pleasant ”
Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing! Room was nice. The only thing I would recommend is : Better attention to checking in guests with welcome drinks, a few guests were overlooked when I was there. Small thing but makes an impact! Second thing is, it would be nice if no shoes are allowed arround the pool area. It just didn't look nice when people walk around the pools with shoes on.

It was a nice overnight stay. Staff followed proper Covid protocols, except that there were a group of guests who chose otherwise. Breakfast was great (their pastries are good). Facilities are generally clean. Easy check-in and out.
