The staff are beautiful! ”

The staff were 100% accomodating and cared for our needs. They were so kind, thoughtful and never stopped working. They always were so helpful when we needed food or taxi’s ordered. They checked the car every time we got out to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Best service ever.

White, sleek, and modern Villa ”

The third floor is the best part of the villa. It has an big open lovely space where you can hang out with the whole group and watch the sea, great vibe and lovely sunset. The common area is big enough and the kitchen is huge. Staff are attentive and helpful during the stay.

Nice for Small Gathering”

We booked this hotels for our reunion. It is a place that good for small gatherings and party. With all the facilities that were provided, we were satisfied and will definitely recommend this place to other friends.

Friendly Staff but villa needs maintenance”

Excellent support staffs from reception till the kitchen. Water pressure is very Low in the washrooms. Insects and lizards are all over the places in the rooms.Swimming pool wasn't cleaned when we reached. Entire villa needs serious pest control and plumbing to be fixed.

Villa Bali holiday ”

The villa is spacious with a beautiful pool , 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . Great for a big group or families . You have your own chef who can cook breakfast , lunch or dinner . In home massages are available for a very reasonable price .The staff is amazing . Budi, the staff supervisor is very attentive and remembered our names . He's constantly around to ensure that everything is in place . The location however is not beachfront but a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach (not a swim able beach as the current is strong , the sand is more gray - am used and prefer white sand beaches ). Despite the location , we had a wonderful experience and holiday .

fantastic service, but needs renovation”

We love almost everything in this hotel. It's big, the pool is great, great for friends and families. The only downside is, some walls need to be renovated. a quick re-paint would make this hotel even better. even though it's in seminyak, it's located at the end of batubelig road, car is required

Great Villa”

We actually book at Eden few months ago but 2 weeks before going to Bali we were informed that the Villa was fully book and we were move to this new villa which is Ipanema. All i can say even-though we were disappointed but finally when we reach at the replacement villa. We actually like the new villa and had great time staying there. Only thing you a transport going in and out since its a bit out.

Great for the money”

At first I have to say we were a bit disappointed as it was NOT the same villa as the photo. The yard was a lot smaller and had very limited sun for only 2 hours a day. We asked for the villa in the photos and they told us we'd have to pay 3 million rupiah more a night. Finally we were moved to that villa and the rest of the trip was great. The staff was lovely and the food was great. We'd would go back if we could get the same villa again

A great find. Loved it!”

Stayed in a 5 bedroom villa (Pranna). Loved it here. Had stayed in other Villas in Seminyak, and although it wasn't the best it was sensational value for money and the group of nine adults agreed they would be happy to stay here again. Villa Eden is a complex of 14 (?) villas. The 5 bedroom is 4 levels - Ground floor - pool, decking, kitchen, dining, toilet, and 1 x bedroom. Level 1 - 2 bedrooms, Level 2 - 2 bedrooms, Level 3 - Outdoor terrace with lawn and spa. The white design and frosted glass is a fabulous design, however it struggles with the upkeep to keep it looking pristine, however this didn't bother us. Beds were comfy. All rooms had air con and fans. Water filter machines are in each room and also in the kitchen. Breakfast was served each morning and you could choose from eggs, pancakes, noodles or rice plus fruits. Awan was our gorgeous staff member who took great care of us. Beach was 50m walk through the park/paddock in front. 10-15min walk along the beach to W and Potato Head. 5min walk to Naughty Nuri's for amazing ribs. Taxi's into Seminyak are $3AUD and take 15-20mins. Book in the in house massage team - 1hr 4 hand massage only $22.50AUD.

Staff were all nice .. however photos on web are far from reality... the place is so run down.... molds on walls of toilet, lots of flies even in the rooms .....aircon leaking in some rooms and in some rooms aircon were noisy. for the price we are paying , we could hv stayed in a much better villa... worst experience I had At Seminyak! Would recommend management to do some upgrading .....

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.”

The staff were the stand out. While this property is not on the beachfront it is only a short walk away. We were married at Villa Phalosa which is situated directly in front on this villa making it the perfect spot for the groom and his groomsmen to spend the night before the wedding before walking across the road to the wedding venue. Quite expensive but it was a nice villa and the staff were exceptional.

Amazing staff! ”

The place was beautiful and the staff were top knotch. They organised a birthday feast, cake and decorations with kust 24 hrs notice. Only downside was the place was not as fresh as in tbe pictures but all other aspects outshone!

Dated Interior”

Stayed in both the 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom villas. Looked good in pictures but when you are actually in the villa itself, you can tell that the walls need a fresh coat of paint, bed sheets were not clean, the pool was murky, and there were lots of mosquitoes. Electricity kept tripping for the first 2 days of our stay. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Friendly Staff but Poorly Maintained Villa”

I won't be recommending this villa as this is very poorly maintained with the dirt and cracked tiles obviously seen. Quite a disappointment! This villa offers a very nice garden with pool at the ground floor though. It is right opposite of the villa where my friend held the wedding dinner. Location is perfect for the group of 9 who flying all the way for friends' wedding. The friendly and helpful staffs are the plus point to stay in villa. My friend left the wine in the fridge and still manage to get it back after more than 5 hours checked out from the hotel.

Far, Rustic”

The Eden was ok but did not look as new as the pics. It is a bit old. however if you have a huge group it is perfect. The walls are an of white, the greenery is pretty but in the evening that means a lot of mosquitos. The hot tub up the top was full of dirt. Staff had a few language barriers but were eager to help The hotel is not on the beach as it seems to make out but behind another building

Can't bear to leave”

Eden truly made us felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. Our housekeeper, Dama has the sweetest smile ever and kept our Villa clean and tidy at all times. In- Villa dining was unbelievable!! Meals made from fresh ingredients and were all sooooooo yummy!!! (We tried the breakfast, lunch & BBQ dinner) You can even request for food not listed in the menu and Eden will try their v best to accede to it! Air conditioning is alittle faulty but Eden was quick n flexible in resolving it. Thumbs up to all staff of Eden!! Might need some touch ups for its interior though.

It was very good place to stay. Very nice and polite staff. Nice breakfast every morning (you can order whatever you like and pay only for it). Big and nice villa. But the hotel itself looks a bit old. Also beach near the hotel is wild and ocean there is unpredictable with a lot of red flags.

Best experience ever !”

It was absolutely amazing we all loved every minute of it. The staff were dedicated to making our stay the best it could be and were absolutely amazing people. Anything we wanted they organised and got for us in no time at all. They made us dinner on two of the nights which was incredible. They constantly cleaned up and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom and the villa was always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place and we will stay again.
