乗り継ぎ用ホテル”
無線LANが優良なのが最大の欠点。ホテル内のレストランは空港近くのホテルなのだから、24時間とは言わないまでも、11時閉店は早すぎる。

とても快適に過ごせました”
リーズナブルな価格で、居間とベッドルームの独立した広い室内で過ごすことができました。バスタブ付きなのも日本人には丸。ハッピーハワーとかいう企画で夕方にスナック、飲み物が無料で振舞われるのも良かったです。

It was easy to access from/to airport due to shuttle bus. I think the shuttle run 24 hours. Staffs were nice. MY Room was clean and looks pretty.

Breakfast”
It was good breakfast buffet but closed too early. With a 9 am close there were lots of people panicking and taking food they may not eat but need to fill up before the hotel takes everything away. Better to have breakfast until 10 am especially for a hotel close to the airport where most people arrive very late or are dealing with jet lag.

Stay was so nice , we have a comfy room more than what we needed , little pricey tho but location was nice specially we only having a lay over in LA they also offer a 24 hrs free shuttle from airport to the hotels , nice hot breakfast but the only thing is the frontdesk checking us out was very rude we check out on feb. 24, 2022 at around 9:30 i just didn't get the lady's name but she seems like she doesn't like her job at all

Staff and rooms”
Staff were exceptional especially Mercy Amisore . She went out of her way to help me. The best pillows on the bed ever. Highly recommend The Embassy Suites.

Good hotel”
The hotel was family friendly and is very close to airport. Airport shuttle service is a big in plus. Breakfast was pathetic. Night reception staff would not spare water bottle and a shame. Room was clean and had good amenities

For the value this was so convenient and our room was great. Shuttle runs every 15min.

The price was awesome ”
The price was awesome, however; it’s not what it used to be before the pandemic, meaning breakfast not as good as it used to be, and pool is very limited capacity and reservation first come first in, other than that it’s still the same good hotel I used to stay at before the pandemic.

The Shuttle is Filthy”
Our stay was fine, but getting a packed shuttle during COVID times is very stressful, and the vans we took were pitifully dirty. But to that extent, LAX and shuttles in general are by far the dirtiest airport and shuttles I have ever experienced.

Transit Stop Over”
Well appointed, spacious and clean rooms. Had a room facing the road which was very noisy. Avoid these rooms. Breakfast was simple and had to use plastic plates, cutlery and cup. Yuck!

Cleanliness ”
I had to switch room 2x’s!! The bathroom toilets were still dirty from the previous user, under the bed were candy bar rappers, the headboard was dirty, under NO circumstances these rooms were covid-19 ready clean, I would not spend my money here

many of the parts are broken, too old, amenities not provided, even for a shower cap. Bathing tub very slippery, no prevention nor precaution. Though convenient as to location, not as expected staying in this property, service below average.

I understand that COVID-19 played a part in EVERYTHING being closed at this hotel, but it should have been indicated on their website. Website still indicated hot breakfast being served, said nothing about paying for parking. I think since no amenities were offered they should have at least offered free parking or discounted parking as an option. Rooms were just ok not normal embassy suites quality.

NOPE! ”
I’m not a picky traveler and rarely post a negative review, if ever. Once in awhile I need a hotel room to briefly rest between long flights. There are 3 things you need in that situation: 1) Good Food 2) Good Bed 3) Good service 1) This hotel has no restaurant, no room service, just a snack bar. 2) Bed is adequate, no more. 3) Service - absurd and utterly bizarre. On checking in with 7 bags there was no assistance. Fine, no biggy. But after loading my bags on a luggage cart, the manager tells me I have to bring it back down after unloading so others can use it, which is absurd because I do not work for him or the hotel. I tell him that after a 17 hour flight it’s better if he comes with me and brings it down himself after I finish’s. He give me a bunch nonsense why he can’t citing company policy etc., but finally comes along. At every turn this clown kept explaining all the reason he could be of no assistance wrt anything that any other hotel on earth would do without a moments delay. Also, the entire hotel stinks of weed; inside, outside, every floor, everywhere. Maybe that’s why management is crap, they’re all baked.

Good but not as good as they should be...”
Website doesn't reflect reality. - Breakfast options did not include omelette station. - Not enough checking of what is a run-down swimming pool. All manner of sundries floating in pool. - Some communication problems with housekeeping services, as English does not appear to be their first language. That should make no difference as their job in the most part is repetitive. - Agoda made no mention to an ordinance fee - and here's me thinking that i'd paid for all taxes up front! D'oh..
