I am highyly dissapointed to experience such aweful service, never thought i wud write this, whr to start from, i feel cheated, the picture they show in net for room is fake,, rooms r ugly n stinks all the time, they dnt hv mattress on bed, instead they provide layers of thick sponge, which falls dwn eventually, food is horrible, the tv dsnt run properly , shuts dwn in every 5 mis and hv to call staff every moment fr help but they fail , the value of money was zero,, other hotels near by had amaizing deals n lovely accomodation, i wil request all not to book this hotel if u read ths review, rest best of luck

Heavenly Stay at Pelling”
1. Great location. If you are lucky you can see the Kanchanjunga at her best.
2. Too helpful staff. With limited available resources they tried to help us to the maximum.
3. Good food, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
4. Clean bathroom with continuous hot water.
Furniture need to be upgraded.

Hotel Floret Pelling :Good hotel needs improvement”

This hotel has a great location, good staff and has ability to ungrade from 2 Star to a 3 star property with bit of hardwork and smart thinking. Good points are Location, Courteous Staff, Adherence to Breakfast and Dinner timings, Good Wifi. Manager is available from 6 am till 11 pm, which is good.
Cleanliness needs to be improved. Safety is compromised by keeping electricity board area open near stairs and even worst is that carrom board is kept near to it making it dangerous for kids. Overall my stay at Floret Hotel was Value for Money. Deluxe Room with no view, which is bit sad. Room had colouring done recently and was smelling heavily with Terpentine smell on day 1. After complaining about the same and requesting for a room change we were told that is the only Deluxe room in the hotel and we have to spend our 2nd night in the same room, so we had no other option. But on day 2 we were provided with Bath stool in bathroom, dustbin, sleepers for bathroom and smell too was bit more familiar than day 1. Do not book Deluxe room in this hotel. There were flies in the room, cockroaches in Dining area and spiders in some other rooms. For the given money this is the best hotel in Pelling I believe. Dining Area on Terrace needs to be made operational ASAP and if possible shall be given at half rate to other rooms or better not given to any guests to avoid dissatisfaction.
