お風呂ありに宿泊お湯が出なくて一回のみ利用！シャワーでお湯を貯める事おすすめします。4泊しましたが朝食はいつも同じなので飽きてしまい食べれませんでした。新鮮な野菜でしたが、ドレッシングが選べたら最高なのですが毎日同じドレッシングがかけられてました。 ベットやお部屋は最高！ミネラルウォーターも飲みきれない程頂きました。 少し奥まってましたが、2分位歩けば大通りにでれます。ソンデュも普通に拾えるので問題ないかなぁ。

７年ぶりのチェンマイ。 外風呂があることに惹かれ予約。 建物も綺麗そうで雰囲気も良さそうでしたので予約して正解でした。 ルーフトップにプールとジム。 到着早々お天気が良かったのでゆっくりジャグジーに打たれながらプールへ。 そのあとは、お部屋の外風呂で読書しながらゆったり。 前日にベトナムでiphone盗難被害に遭い、快くパソコンを貸してくださいました。 優しさに感謝いたします。 そして、朝食も可愛いCafeスタイルでのお食事。 朝から気持ちいい始まりでした。 今度はゆっくり連泊したいお気に入りの宿になりました。

すごく良い”

It's a nice and clean hotel, it feels so homey and spacious, it has a functional small kitchen with all the basic equipment and utilities. The breakfast is made to order (you can choose their Thai menu of the day or eggs and salad) and also some breads, cereals, yogurt and fruits on the buffet. However the location is in the middle of the small alley, so if you don't have a car it's a bit difficult to go somewhere. There is no convenience stores in short walking distance. Another thing to pay attention is they have limited number of rooms on the ground floor, second floor is for long stay. So, it's either ground floor or third floor (no elevator). If you arrive late at night with large/heavy suitcases, they have limited staff to help with the suitcases, but during day times they have plenty of staffs to help you with the suitcases.

Very good /beautiful hotel but a few more things to improve”

Room and overall decoration is beautiful. Breakfast is also very good with a selection of Thai and Western style. Overall surrounding is quiet and relax enough especially for me who is seeking to stay in a quiet place. However, - Hotel system isn't so helpful for business traveller who need to get invoice under company name. I made request via agoda about this before getting there and there was no response or any signs telling me that I can't have that but when I got there, staff said they can't do it because of the way they tie in with agoda and this will make them having less income or something like that. There was no other solutions to help me apart from been told that next time I should book via using their website instead + I need to sort this problem with my company by myself later. - Some staff not friendly and made loud noise in the morning when they are cleaning other guest rooms (too early before 9am) but didn't clean my room even I put the sign on after I leave room.

Love the design”

Not many ships r around the hotel but in a way it's actually quite good because it's quiet. We use bike and motorcycle to find our way so we don't have any problems with not close to shops. Breakfast is High quay, they have Thai and English menus (Thai food changes every day) and it's made to order. We saw ppl complaining about variety, we quite like it keep it simple. Overall it's good service and big room with slightly higher price. Staff is really friendly and Internet was really fast. :)

Fantastic hotel! Great decor, clean & new. Excellent staff, definitely stay here again. Have also stayed at their other hotel in Bangkok called Tints of Blue which is equally good. Highly recommend if you like boutique hotels.

Lovely Village near the River”

Going for Loi Krathong festival while staying at this hotel, which is quite ideal since it's merely some walking distance away (through some alley though) from the Nawarat Bridge where the festival is celebrated. The place is quiet and lovely, with a nice rustic ambience to it. Toiletries is limited as in many other hotels, and mosquito are seen quite a lot (though not disturbing) due to the many trees in the garden. Make sure you request for your exact room theme, as they have 4 which are quite different one to another. The staffs are not too pleasant when we asked to change room, though overall they're still very nice and helpful during our check out.

Simply great”

We stayed here 4 nights. The hotel is a hidden gem, outside of noisy old town area, just across the river, close to many wonderful restaurants. Staff is super fruendly, speaks good English. Rooms are clean and stylish. There is even a little gym and a roof top pool. Breakfasts are great, will lovely music and very pleasant, cosy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again when back in CNX.

Environment is good . Room was very pretty and with kitchen equipment, beds were comfortable The hotel staffs are very nice & helpfull. Everyday, the Breakfast is same, but these foods are decious. The hotel is located at the backstreet. It need to walk around 10 to 15mins to the main road. And the back street is no ligths at the night.

Spacious room, value for money”

Newly built 3-storey hotel located near Ping river. Overall facilities and services are OK. However, hotel has no elevator, parking space is very limited. Most guests have to park outside the hotel.

Extremely nice stay!”

Had a wonderful stay at Gategaa Village. The room was spacious w super comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous with both western & Thai option to choose from. Although the location is a bit off but it didn’t matter to me as Grab was super convenient.

Very pretty, comfortable hotel. Room was large, spotless, and very modern with all the amenities we needed. Rooftop pool was relaxing and breakfast was tasty and had new options each morning. Only complaint was that the hotel was the closest 7-11 or mini Big C was a 10 minute walk.

Good hotel but terrible service”

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the restaurant looks pretty and the food is average for a Thai hotel but the service is terrible. The lady supposedly manager of this hotel is unprofessional, mean, not willing to help and particularly rude with foreigners. Not to mention that they automatically turn the electricity off in your room at 12:00 to force you out, which is quite unbelievable as well. There are a lot of pretty hotels in Thailande but service is still the key if you want to differentiate yourself!

Feels like a home away from home”

Stayed several nights at the hotel, during our motorbike trip Mao Hon son & a a visit to Chiang Rai, as we where leaving and come back 3 times we had different rooms at each stay. All of them nicely designed, and with comfy furnitures and a bed that you not want to get out from. Nice breakfast and a very nice and friendly staff that always welcomes you with af smile. The hotel have bicycles that you can borrow for a trip around Chiang mai, on bicycle its only 5 min to town center & the famous night market. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone why like a nice and friendly atmosphere, we will definitelly return at out next stay in Chiang Mai.

Best boutique hotel”

Beautiful room!!! Lovely bathroom. We very much enjoyed the Netflix in the room - so much so we couldn’t leave! Very soft and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast!! Highly recommended and would come back to Chiang mai just for this hotel!!

Excellent experience”

The hotel is perfect for money value, i were surprised for all services i got in this hotel with the money i paid. I had great 4 nights in Gategaa, nice room with comfortable bed, very clean, good smell. Facilities are new, modern designed. I love the swimming pool on the rooftop so much, small but really relaxing. Staffs are super friendly and helpful !!! In general, nothing to complain here. Gategaa is one of the best hotel experience for me so far !
