ドミトリーといっても個室”

リフォームされたばかりのようでとてもきれいな館内です。 ドミトリーといっても屋根裏部屋で個室になっているのでプライバシーが守れます。天井が低いので立つことは出来ません。宿は寝るだけの方には十分でしょう。 共同のシャワーが２つ、トイレは４つ位と十分あります。 キッチンでトーストとレギュラーコーヒーを淹れられるので朝はコーヒーのいい匂いで目覚めることができました。 近くのスーパーフレスポで買い物して冷蔵庫に入れたものを食べたり出来ます。調理は不可です。 オーナーご夫婦が交代でおられて不在時は携帯で何かあれば呼び出す形になっています。 とてもご親切な奥様で観光のアドバイスをいろいろいただけました。 玄関は暗証番号でロック解除できるのでセキュリティも万全でしょう。 イタリアや日本の家族連れとお話することができました。 快適な二泊三日の滞在でした。

宿主様のご対応、施設の清潔さ、わかりやすさ！　バックパッカー用のゲストハウスの概念とはかけ離れた過ごしやすさです。朝、トーストとレギュラーのコーヒーを入れる事が出来るので（セルフ）ヨーグルトや卵、果物を持参し、冷蔵庫に入れ、朝、ゆっくり朝食を楽しみました。今後も京都に行く際はぜひ、利用させていただきたいと思います。近くに出来たばかりの小さなたてやという和食やさんもとても満足度の高いお店でした。駐車場も８時すぎでしたら、朝の８時までは３００円や４００円で停める事ができます

房間很乾淨舒適，充滿榻榻米的香味！老闆與老闆娘人非常親切，願意幫助我推薦我可以去的地方～（他們自己喜歡的小景點）雖然沒有地鐵站在旁邊，但是隔壁兩條馬路就有公車站，非常安靜的小巷子！

スタッフが親切”

ドミトリーで予約したが１名１室の個室タイプに案内された。部屋はホテル風に利用できて快適だった。トイレにもシャワーにも縦の移動が多く使いづらい。ダイニングにテーブルのみがあり　くつろぐスペースが無く　旅行者同士の交流が生まれにくい。

コストパフォーマンス良し”

一人旅で利用しました。ロケーションはあまり良くないのでバスをうまく使う必要があります。 但し価格安く、部屋も半個室、スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。 一人旅で使うには非常に良いと思います。

Good for Travellers”

The place is a good place for visitors to stay. The room and common areas are clean. You could get a chance to interact with other guests. The hosts are kind and approachable. Distance from the train station is bearable. There are some stores nearby for your needs.

The location is a little little bit farther than I think start from Kyoto station. The public place and the bathroom will close at 11pm, so no place for eat and bath after 11pm. Check-in time after 4pm. Otherwise is really good and cheap! Maybe will stay here again. :)

Fine for a one night stay”

Check-in opens a little late (4pm) which was inconvenient. Not much going on in the nearby areas so a fair walk to get to restaurants etc. Helpful staff, the room had a heater (we visited in March which is still quite cold). The walls are very thin though so you can hear your neighbours talking, snoring etc.

Value for money, good Japanese experience”

The guesthouse is convenient about 20mins walking from the Kyoto station. It is a local Japanese house which gives a different stay experience. Mr. Nakamura-san is polite and helpful and explained us well the facilities of guesthouse. The room is more spacious than I thought with good facilities in the kitchen. There are many "warm reminders" for the proper usage of the guesthouse facilities but I am sure it is for the benefits of all guests. There are free computers and paid washing machines. Overall is good value of money to stay in a Japanese house

It was a little tricky to find without a smart phone, but it was warm and cozy inside, and the staff were delightful.

I really recommend this place. I went there as a tourist for 1 night, and it's obvious they're used to helping young tourists. There's great tourist information available with maps and everything, and the staff is really kind to help you with any questions. Also, it's very clean and offers good facilities such as a small kitchen, washing machine and towels etc. for cheap rent.
