予約していましたが水トラブルで他のホテルへ泊まることに”
詳しくはわかりませんが、水のトラブルで１フロアが全滅したらしく、ほかのホテルへ移動することに。全ての手配をしてくれて、たぶんここよりはグレードも高いホテルを手配してくれたのだと思います。そのあたりの対応は素晴らしかったです。

A stay so bad I had to contact my embassy”
I feel a vitriolic hate for this hotel and am disgusted by them. As someone who travels quite a lot, this was the single worst experience I ever had. I hope this hotel closes and their staff never work in the industry again. I came to Rome to present at a conference at a nearby university. At check-in, they lied about a charge. Blatantly lied. They then threaten to call the police on me as I'm leaving. Are you kidding me? You're going to treat me like a dog and threaten me with the police in a foreign country -- ambushing me as I'm trying to catch my plane? That's sick. They then charged my card for well over 100 euros, well over the initial charge they tried to steal from me. Absolute disgusting thieves. I have never, NEVER been so disrespected and disgusted in my life. I contacted my embassy to warn them about this place. I had to file a fraud charge and cancel my credit card. And I have been so stressed out over these horrible people that I felt like I'm going to have a stroke since I left. I have never given a stronger recommendation than this -- DO NOT go here.

To be honest, we are disappointed in reading you felt treated like a dog because it does not reflect our sense of hospitality all our guests are used to appreciate. Also, we did not expect to be defined like thieves just because we ask you to pay the difference for a second person stayed with you while your room was reserved for only 1 adult as per booking confirmation. You were informed since your arrival there was a supplement to pay. We think your reaction is a bit exaggerated, just because you were aware about it and you reacted with such strong words against us during and after your stay. For the above reasons you can understand with all respect we think your review misleads reality of facts. Great Stay!”
Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel is about 20 minutes away from main sites. We rented bikes and rode e-bikes during our 2 night stay everywhere around Rome. Highly recommended.

The overall Hotel is good in location and near to trastevere and other tourist places however the Hotel is lacking the basic facilities ( since it is claimed as 4 star). No water bottle , dinner or Lunch facilities were provided and they guided you towards the nearby restaurants. The staff was generally good but at few occassions talked in rude and arrogant manner .

Finnish on a holiday in Rome”
Good hotel close to shops and trailway station. Staff is friendly, especially Gianluca who is always very nice, polite and smiling. He is an exceptionally gifted customer servant. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and have never seen such a wonderful motivated hotel employee who truly wants the guests make most of their holiday.

Excellent female staff at reception and the breakfast staff were exceptional especially the friendly gentleman who welcomed us most mornings. The cleaners are 5 star ⭐️ great stay just a bit too far from the centre of Rome

Overpriced ”
I booked for this hotel, other than having a pool this hotel had nothing but expense, the room was small and had no soul. Won't be staying again at any one of these.

Great Hotel”
Although a little bit far from the scenic area ,but the hotel and the environment around the hotel make tourists to feel comfortable.The staffs are nice,they offer great service. The food are tasted good.

Good hotel facilities and staff, but poor location”
Make sure you get the directions from the hotel if you want to get there by public transport. It cost 30 euros to take a cab from Roma Termini train station to the hotel. Public transport (bus, metro and bus) are available but involves walking at least 10 minutes. Location of the hotel is far. But I still like he hotel because it is new and I had a comfortable stay.

Modern chain-style hotel.”
Fine, somewhat generic, chain-style hotel. Rooms very good indeed by Roman standards, modern and clean. A somewhat "off" location south of Trastevere/across the river from the Ostiense industry district. Staff very friendly and informative. All-in-all: recommended!

Amazing hotel!”
It was great. We got a lot of help, not only when it came to the hotel but also when we needed help finding places in the city. The elevators we're a bit small but other than that they worked just fine. We definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel, you get so much for such a small amount of money.

Relaxing with great shower and coffee”
Lovely hotel with beautiful decor and spacious rooms. The shower was particularly nice and the beds were very comfy. The reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful and it was free to leave our luggage after we checked out so we could squeeze in some extra sight-seeing before heading to the airport. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet as it was quite expensive (although it did look amazing), but the bar staff were kind enough to make us delicious coffee in the morning even though the bar wasn't supposed to open until 12noon. The only downside was that the jacuzzi wasn't heated, the bubbles still worked, but it looked like it might be a bit broken. Apart from that, it was a really lovely stay.
