i wonder why still some people comment or rating this homestay. i suspect owner cheat review hope agoda admin alert, tqvm nothing best from except opposite with hardrock.... 1) car park need extra paid under cover parking rm12 2) car park so less parking 3) swimming pool dirty 4) when check-in call so many times owner no come out ask bad service bangla come 5) i think boss also bangla 6) toilet bowl dirty, paip dirty, flush spoiled 20 over years noisy air-con 7) bed sheet & bed set like sleep by bangla 8) bad smell

RM270 per night for a three bedroom apartment during peak season, I dont have much to expect...To me it is worth it and the room condition okay with fair cleanliness...

At first, we were quite confused where to check in. The receptionist was unfriendly and annoying. We had to pay rm10 per day for car park. This should be a responsibility of the apartment's owners. air conditioners in two rooms were not functioning well so we had to sleep in the living room. Dust on beds which makes us feel uncomfortable. We were warned not to leave the kitchen in mess or we'll be charged. I think it's really unfair since we paid for the room at a higher rate. Room facilities should be improved such as internet wifi etc

Could be better. Air cond unit in living room was not working, luckily the fan was. Kitchen cabinets and wardrobe worn down. Water pressure a bit too low.

Unexpectedly comfortable and value for money”
Slightly worn out furniture but in working condition. Decor is not too bad. Have to improve about the contact person, almost panicked as there were no contact number, was only given the contact number at the very last minute.
It started off bad because we did not know how to check in. The number provided on my receipt was unanswered for many days, and when we arrived the guards sent me to the wrong admin room to check in. Only much later the guard realised they had to pass the key to me. the rooms were clean but the door knob to the master room was badly destroyed, so room couldn't be locked. they also only provided one towel for each room when there were 2 occupants per room. the worst of all was the RM10/day parking fee which i thought was extremely unnecessary since there were ample space. but for the price we payed it was an ok experience.

This the worst apartment that I have stayed,the owner didn`t care about apartment and give full responbility to the cleaner. The first apartment that I stayed,most of the door and lock are broken then I asked to change to another apartment and feel sad because one of the matress inside the second bedroom smell

although the apartment is fully furnished, but it seem to be overpriced for 20 years old apartment....the car park price also is expensive for rm10 per car, if come with many cars, it will be very costless..no shampoo n soap provided...the apartment is located at the end of batu ferringhi, but opposite hard rock hotel, which just walking distance to the beach.

The service apartment located near to beach area, it is a happening area for nightlife. However, it is hard to look for food in daytime as many stalls at that area only start business in the evening. The service apartment is poorly managed, no reception, not many staffs. Most of the facilities in the apartment can't be used. Late check in time, guest can only check in at 4pm.

I'd booked 2 apartment for my family but turned up to be two different environment apartment. One it is fine but the one will feel not returning back any more. It is depend which apartment you got because it is a private house. Anyway even though got any problem there is no way to change apartment as it happen to us. The bad apartment no air cond and the apartment was really dusty and dirty. Any way will never return again unless they can guarantee me to get a both is a better apartment. At least the air cond is working.
The worst apartment”
It was the worst experience we ever had. The toilet was so dirty, the pool was also dirty like if wasn't clean for I don't know how long. IT LOOKS a lot better in the Internet picture than it is. TV was only 13 inches. Pathetic! The building doesn't look up to code.

I like to booked with agoda. I was really surprised when I checked in at bayu emas apartment recently. The unit apartment that I stayed was really worst and dirty. I always booked with agoda compared to others but this unit apartment I paid for RM330 was badly, dirty compare the one booked thru booking.com. The same unit was at the price of RM170 was really deluxe two rooms apartment to the one I stayed. Please do looks tru this. Thanks
I will not recommend anybody to stay here. There's nobody to welcome you here. You have to find your own way how to get to the people who are responsible to bring you to the apartment. The apartment was just ok but the facilities is of no use. Astro was not functioning. Washing machine was just for display. Think twice before you go for it.

The apartment is located in a gated community and it is a good size for my family. However, the service is rather poor and the amenities are rather basics.
