                  Great stay in Semarang”

                  We took the suite room as my kids had some special request. The room definitely deliver as it has the feature we after, the extra is the breathtaking view of Semarang. Would recommend the hotel to amp up on the Dino club though because it was a let down

                  すごく良い”

                  We stay in suite room and is value for money; what we really like is the breakfast, have lot of variety and we enjoyed lot of food. Parking lot in upstair is a nightmare if you drive a big suv car, since the up and down access is to narrow and have difficult angle. I pushed the security to allowed me parked my car in basement in the evening.

                  Efficient yet accommodating hotel”

                  The suite we stayed at was very spacious with 1 king size bed, 1 sofa-bed, and 1 couch. The hotel had the policy to provide breakfast vouchers for 2 guests including 2 free breakfast for children under 12 yo. The check in process was very fast, and the response for the guests’ requests was excellent. They allocated us with #1520 suite that had both city & pool view. The scenery from the window was awesome. They also gave 1 additional blanket and pillow for the children. There was small kitchen in the suite with some dining sets. The gym was also well equipped, with several treadmills, cross trainer, and other equipments. Harris sentraland is strategically located in Semarang city center, where the iconic simpang lima, as well as masjid agung, is only 800 m far. The only troublesome factors were the front desk, which was located at 4th floor, and the low speed elevators that rather limited movements. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. It is a good place to stay in Semarang.

                  Pro: 1. Staf is friendly and helpful 2. Close to Superindo supermarket Cons: 1. If yyou drive a big car, it's better to park in the basement, parking in the building is very narrow. 2. We had a problem with hot water, there's no hot water when we wanted to bath after 8pm. 3. Breakfast is ok and it should ended by 10.15 am but unfortunately the staff was shutting down all the lamp before we finished the breakfast and the time was not reach 10.15 am. 3. The swimming pool is small

                  Such a nice experience ”

                  I went there with my parents and brothers. Luckily all of them are satisfied and happy with their stay. The room is spacious. The breakfast is great. And we tried the swimming pool, it kind of safe for toddlers. And the room is clean.

                  Nice, i have a great view and it's a clean hotel with nice hotel staff. But for sure may be because i was on large room with a large glass windows it's affected to the air conditioning at morning to afternoon not to cold even i already adjusted to the low temperatur. May be you can fixed on it you can choose windows tint for reduce the hot temperatur from outside

                  Location is great. A Short distance to the city's centre. Beware though the road in front of the hotel is partially blocked on Sunday morning for a flea market. A lot of amenities compared to other similarly priced hotels. There is no a shower curtain so water splashes to the floor. The small pool and tiny kids club are a let down. We had a not so pleasant experience here. We had to 15 minutes in the parking lot for an elevator because all of them are blocked for a large group of guests who just checked in and were going up to their rooms. Had to call the receptionist twice to get someone pick us up.

                  Nice room but not perfect”

                  The room is nice especially the size is quite big. The problem are with the AC and TV. Suringbthe day, when the wether is hot, the AC were not cold enough. The TV is internet based, so the quAlity of the picture were not stable...

                  Poor wifi for a 4 stars hotel”

                  Location is good, clean room but things that disappointed me is that the wifi so poor! I never thought for a 4 stars hotel like this would have such poor wifi. Surely will not come back again even the room is clean and big.

                  Good hotel with good staffs and services”

                  If we come here without car, then we would have no problem and we may say as my title. If we come here with car, we should prepare for vallet service from hotel staff and get parked in basement. Otherwise should prepare using high and short car. Building carpark didnt design properly in its standard. Only the one who got "really" driving license who can drive up to P5 and P6. I could see so many columns and walls near ramps got hit by car due to lack of car scale dimension

                  The hotel cleanliness was well maintained, the staff was excellent, friendly and approachable. The food was good and lots of variety to choose.                   When we stay in this hotel , we can smell of paint. The location is near to simpang lima, one of legendary place in Semarang city. The breakfast menu is OK, and the room is also clean and well maintenance.

                  Update Review ”

                  Rooms modern, comfortable bed and good cable TV & WIFI. Room is fitted out like good 3.5 to 4 star style. It's clean and new. Nothing overly special but comfortable and nice enough. I perviously stayed a week ago and some issues with music being played in the corridor (outside my room early hours) but staff where very helpful and gladly turn it down. So made for a far better sleep inn ;) There's only one restaurant but the buffet breakfast is reasonable. Swimming pool a bit small but still quite nice. Gym is very limited and is a bit hot temperature wise, as has lots of glass window (sunny). Only good for a very basic workout. Location is good and close to city centre, it's fairly quiet as hotel is set back from the road. Staff are very nice. Overall it's okay while it's still new.

                  I like stay in a new hotel, Harris is new hotel in Semarang, room is comfortable, batch room kits are good as Harris standard, reception is friendly, there is convenience store at LG and simple food court, I will be back when I visit Semarang again
