    Non Smoking Room”

    I was with my family of 3 young children and senior parents. We already had a difficulty checking in sine they cannot give me rooms that are close to each other even not connecting. The wonderful staff named Normaine (?) did her best, so even though we didnt get the 2 pool view rooms which we paid for, she fortunately found rooms that are adjacent to each other. So here came the problem, the King room 720 had obv cigarette smoke smell which welcomed me. I immediately asked the housekeepers if we were give a Smoking room, apparently not. They profusely apologized and made amends by spraying it and putting an ionizer. At first it was okay but then I guess the room was really used as a smoking room before so the smell already stuck on to it. I just couldn't bear myself to complain again since I know they cannot provide me a room close to the other one anymore. Plus I dont one to ruin our plans set for the weekend, we ended up squeezing ourselves in our other room with the amzing pool vie

    I would like to come back at this Hotel, I just hope they have more people at the reception counter to attend immediately, I was like waiting for more than 30 mins, at 11 pm from a long flight, I wish they could've attended quickly as we their Hotel are near the airport so mostly passengers are from a long flight and just want to have a good rest then. Aside from that slight backlash, the place is so nice Executive rooms are spacious and very homey and comfy. You can feel the vibe of hospitality from the staff, security and concierge and Trish who assisted me in checking in. Thank you guys! Definitely a good choice if staying near NAIA Terminal 3

    Every thing a 5 star should be”

    I am not a 5 star kind of guy so I always find them a bit pretentious but the staff here were among the best and made you feel comfortable. The location is good if you need to be by the airport or are into high-end shopping and casinos which are across the street. However, 3 out of 3 taxi drivers could not find it without asking someone after they got to Newport City.

    You have to love the Hilton Staff but you pay for it”

    I am not a 5 star kind of guy so take this with a grain of salt. I stay only when I get a deal and want something extra. After a 16 hour flight that was the case. The Hilton delivers with great facilities and exceptionally well trained and friendly staff. The location by the airport is good if that is your need and if you're into highend shopping and casinos they are right across the street. Howeve, 3 out of 3 taxi drivers couuld not find it with out stopping to ask once inside Newport City. My preferred location in Manila is still Makati as are my favorite 5* hotels.

    My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Manila. Staff: Everyone's helpful and courteous. We love the fact that we can go online and just send a message to the front desk without having to pick up the phone. Room: Very clean and spacious. Big screen TV. Bathroom's spacious also. I personally love the vanity mirror with lighting. Iron and board are available in the room (no need to request for them). Bed and couch are comfy. The Pillow Menu is unique and we appreciate it as we have different preferences when it comes to pillows. Chrome Cast's great! Food: We were amazed by the selection of food over at the breakfast buffet. 'Taho' was available, too! Perfect warmth in the morning. Hot choco's pretty good. Coffee, not so much. Make your own instant noodle station was fun, and a staff was kind enough to explain on how to go about it. Delighted to have the Head Chef greet us and check on us during our meal. Pool: Too crowded for us and too far from the lounge chairs.

    Worst place to stay disgrace to the hilton chain”

    Aside from the terrible bell service checking in took so long and the security bond was even included to the room charge so we had to redo the transaction checking out . Another thing the room was dirty and every hour with hear some1 banging on the door or wall

    Baby/kid-friendly hotel”

    Rooms were soo spacious and felt new and clean (except for a cockroach that showed up one night). I got the King Room. Loved the bed and that they provided body pillows there will be barriers for my sleeping baby. They also provided a cot as I requested. Wasn't able to swim and make use of the gym because I was there for a wedding at another nearby hotel. Would stay there again if budget permits. It's quite expensive but I must say that the service, facilities and the room was worth it. Only downside for me was there was no freezer to store my frozen breastmilk.

    Very Lovely Stay”

    We got early flight and came into the hotel at 9am. Very Friendly and Helpful Reception named Dencie help to find available room. And we got it! What a Nice Starting Day. Then for the next 5 days are amazing. All Lovely Staffs, The Room is Spacious Clean and Cozy. Swimming Pool is awesome. Breakfast is fine and Lovely Atmosphere. Definitely will come back again next visit to Manila

    Excellent and Great Location”

    The staffs has been very accomodating, all of our requests has been sent to us in a short time. In our first day, Xandro, has been a huge help to us and he had a very pleasing personality, which made us feel welcome in the Hilton Hotel. Somehow the other room was making too much noise, we reported the room and the staff took action immediately. Overall, our stay in the Hilton Hotel has been amazing.

    Great Staycation experience for my kids”

    Had a staycation to celebrate the birthday of our kids & it was an awesome experience! The front desk staff are so helpful & attentive to our needs. What really delighted me being the mom of the celebrants is the genuine service gesture provided by Mr. Pem, manager on duty. When he knew about the said occasion, he made an extra effort to surprised my kids with bday cake & fruits which were delivered in our room. It was so nice of him & truly made the special day of our kids memorable. I also commend the customer service staff, Nina, who assisted me in searching my cp charger which I accidentally left in our room when we checked out. She immediately notified me that it was there & can be picked-up anytime. It’s was just a small item but I appreciate the prompt service & honesty. Great service, very courteous & honest hotel staff. Will definitely go back!
