駅から10分ほど歩きます。周辺に飲食店なし。 館内は過ごしやすく、露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 朝食も丁寧に準備されたものでした。 スタッフの皆さんも親切で丁寧な態度でした。 富士山が見える側の部屋と見えない側の部屋があるので、予約時に説明があるとよかったです。見える側も、2階だと電線がかぶります。 非常階段の上にでも展望テラスがあるとよいのですが。 せっかくのロケーションなのでもったいない。

周辺に飲食店はありません（隣接の焼肉屋のみ）が、のんびりするには良いロケーションです。 窓から富士山が見えます。電線がかかっていなければよいのですが勿体無いです。 部屋は清潔で過ごしやすいです。露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 朝食はきちんと作られた感じがして好感が持てました。 スタッフの方の態度もとてもよく気持ちよく滞在できました。

露天風呂がとても良かったです。たまたま夜も朝も他のお客さんがいない時間だったので、貸切状態でした。

設備などきれいで十分だと思います。 部屋は少し狭く寝るだけといった感じ 朝食は和食、洋食選べます。 隣接の焼き肉屋は経営者が同じらしく値段は高めで行かなかったです。

10mins walk from the station, very nice view to see Mt. Fuji. would recommend if you are self driving.

The price was quite a bit hight comparing with facility and services. There was additional fee for 5 years old kid, 2,200 yen per night with no stuffs such as pillow, towel however has been asked.

This hotel is situated in a more relaxed side of Fujiyoshida, so access is quite limited to the Fujikyu Highland station if you’re looking to see more of Kawaguchiko. Chureito Pagoda is a 20-minute (or so) walk from the hotel, and along our way we appreciated how affable the neighborhood is with the imposing backdrop of Mt. Fuji. We had lovely breakfasts at Hotel Fuji Tatsugaoka, and the dinner we once had at Yakiniku Tatsugaoka was also sumptuous. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. It’s a pity we didn’t get to try their onsen (?) because we didn’t have much time, as I’m sure it’s well kept as were their other facilities.

Clean, staff polite and professional. Public bath is a nice touch. Single room a bit small as expected, but well appointed. Best for those who have a car. Highly recommended

The room is considered pretty small given it is out of Tokyo but perfect size for a solo traveller. If you are lucky you will be able to assign to a fuji view room and you will be able to see fujikyu highland. it has a good outdoor bath too!

First time in Fuji”

it’s nice to wake up overlooking the magnificent mt fuji.. rooms in Japan relatively compact but still fine.. enjoyed the Japanese breakfast served..

Pros: clean, bed was comfortable, good breakfast, hot spring bath, responsive staff, quiet environment, a small lift to the upper floors, a supermarket nearby. Cons: a little far from the stations if you don't have your own transport especially on arrival and departure. The room is a bit small, I shouldn't have asked for a double bed.

The hotel comes with onsen. We can see Mt Fuji from our room. We chose Japanese breakfast and we were satisfied with it. The exterior of the hotel is also a good place to take pictures

Price is reasonable and like the outdoor onsen very much. I wanna try the restaurant next time. is a BBQ restaurant.

Great location ”

Small, intimate hotel. Staff very helpful and restaurant next door with good food. Breakfast- you could select Japanese or Western, was fresh and delicious. Room was on the small side and it was difficult to house two suitcases in any spare space. Bed was comfortable and had pillows which were soft on one side and harder on the other. Bathroom is capsule like but with a step up and with the limited amount of space made going in and out of the bathroom. However all that was worth waking up, drawing back your curtains and seeing Mount Fuji in front of you. My tip would be to ask for a room on the third floor, looking out on to the road but away from the smoking area. Onsen looked good although didn’t have the opportunity to try it. Close to Fuji Q Highland Station and you could walk to Lake - about 40 mins.
