場所は良かったです。フォロロマーノ及びコロッセオに歩いてすぐです。 泊まったお部屋は古い＋狭いでした。ただ掃除はきちんとしてありますので、清潔です。 お部屋でWi-fiも無料で使えました。
Excellent choice in Rome”
Location is unbeatable, 10-20 min walk to all the main places of interest. Nice room with a balcony for a reasonable price. Safe, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Excellent view from our room on the 5th floor. We would be happy to stay in that hotel again.
I booked at this hotel coz location was good but when we checked in, the receptionist told us that there was a water supply problem in the hotel so they need to re-locate us to one of their affiliated hotel which is located very far from the center. I will never recommend this hotel! 😡 it was very disappointing experience!
Right in the middle of colosseum and the Vatican ”
Although the location and roof was amazing. Staff were great also our room had mold, wall paper was peeling, and we had a look in the room from the ceilings. It was raining when we were there and you can hear the drip drops throughout the night. I’m sure it’s nkt true for all rooms but it was for ours. We didn’t complain since the price was so cheap, we figured it’s the price we paid.
Very comfortable. Very good location. Breakfast very good. One disappointment ... Good to have a kettle in the room but only supplied 2 cups for 3 people ... and the tea/coffee sachets were sparse and rarely topped up. For a good quality hotel this seemed to be lacking in attention to detail.
Excellent location and value for oney”
The hotel is around the corner from piazza Venezia, super central. The room is spacious, maybe a tad tired but perfectly comfortable and clean. The view from the top terrace is great and you can bring your food/drinks there. Breakfast had poor selection for my liking. I was allowed a late check out. Staff very friendly. Would recommend!
Large room, clean hotel, friendly staff. ”
I absolutely loved this hotel. We had a little veranda that had the best scenery. If it was a little cooler we could of walked to the colosseum quite easy. The area felt safe, close to restaurants and the hop on hop off bus services. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
Good location with lovely service ”
Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. offers a decent breakfast to prepare for a short walking distance trip to the trevi fountsin and other major landmarks like the Colosseum. it is located at the corner of a busy major street so crossing the road can be quite hectic. Will consider staying here again upon my next visit to roma!
Location, location, location!”
This hotel's in a fantastic location. Everything is within a 15 minutes walk. It also has a nice buffet breakfast to fuel you up for all that walking.
Hotel with lots of character in perfect location and great views!”
What we loved about this hotel: - Location. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The colosseum is a 15 minutes walk. - Roof top terrace. Great place to relax with views from the colosseum to the Vatican City. - The hotel was full of old style character. - We had a triple room on one of the top floors with a balcony. There was plenty of room for 3 people. The room was very clean and tidy. - Breakfast. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. The service provided by the ladies who look after the breakfast was excellent. As soon as you sat down in the breakfast room, they would remember your coffee choice from the previous day and bring it to the table. They were efficient and friendly. Opportunities - Air Conditioning was just ok. We had it running at all times to keep the room temp at a bearable temp in the summer heat. - Beds were very firm.
This is located 10min walk away from the Colosseum and may be 15 mins away from Trevi Fountain. Easy bus to Vatican from 5 mins away bus stand. This is an old property but extremely beautiful, stayed for 3 nights. Room was small, ok for 1 person or couple, room and toilet was clean - quality of toiletries was nice too. I went in January, the hotel turns off the heating at night so it was chilly for me - but next day they gave me a separate room heater. Breakfast has limited options but it was nice (coffee was good). Hotel does not has a restaurant, but there are places to eat very near to the hotel. I have a mixed reaction from staff most were amazing and few were let down.
I cannot fault this hotel at all. Old quirky but with lots of character. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. It was wonderful to unwind up here with a glass of wine early evening and take in all the views. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.
They were sold out, and transferred me to another hotel”
When I arrived, they had a little system setup wherein they transferred me to a sister hotel (I presume) near the Trevi Fountain. The other hotel was quaint, the location was good, but when I looked online for the nightly rate...the Boutique Hotel Trevi...was half of the rate I paid for the Hotel Pace Helvezia! I'm not sure if this is some scam they have setup, but I'm also not complaining as I only needed a room for a single night and the location nera Trevi was quite nice.
Moderate hotel but location and price unbeatable”
Within walking distance of most major tourist sites in Rome. A couple of blocks from great trattorias and stores. No parking, but garage within 3 blocks; $40 overnight was steep, but it's Rome. Decent buffet breakfast included.
Ideal location for mini break in Rome”
We very much enjoyed our stay. It was the 3rd time we have stayed there and every time we are reminded how great it is to be based so centrally in Rome so that everything is walkable. The rooms are a brilliant size, which is often difficult to find in Rome and although the hotel feels like it could do with a bit of a facelift, you always feel very comfortable and at home there. The breakfast is very generous and always well restocked.
I recommend this hotel”
The staff is amazing, very helpful and honest. My room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good. the location is near Piazza Venezia which is really make it very easy to reach any place. Simply, if you got lost you just search for any bus going to Piazza Venezia. My only Complain is that the Wi-Fi was not working in my room during my entire stay in that hotel. I tried to complain many times, but it seems like they had a permanent problem with Wi-Fi. Fortunately, I knew that from reviews before going there and I prepared for that.
Great location and good size room”
A great location for a hotel, can easily walk to all the key attractions (with the exception of vatican city which is the other side of the river). Staff spoke good english and were helpful. Was able to check in as soon as arrived. Good buffet spread for breakfast. Reasonably priced mini-bar. My only complaint was the bed which was in serious need of replacement. But the place had bags of charm
worst hotel ever! ”
this was a very big mistake to stay in this hotel. very old room and dirty, for this price, this hotel is absolutely not worth! stain on their blanket, seems like years and years they haven't washed it, the tv is very very small and old,and the staff is not nice at all!
Within walking distance of many great sights”
We chose this place based on location and price. It fit our budget and had good reviews. We were not disappointed. It's within walking distance to many major sights including the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. One thing we missed was the lounging area on the rooftop. We didn't know until our last night and wish we had found out sooner. It's got a great view of the city and it's very relaxing. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
central to everything”
It was great because it was so central so we were able to see the sights during the day and then return to the hotel for a rest and then head out again instead of spending time on getting to and from the centre of the city.We found some authentic Roman restaurants within five minutes walk of the hotel. If I were booking in the hotel again I would request a room at the back of the hotel where it would be quieter (traffic noise is constant)
